We were told when checking in on Friday that the pool/hot tub was open. Went to use it Saturday and was told it’s closed. If we would have known, we wouldn’t have booked with them.

I checked in for a wedding in town, just put our bags in the room. A couple of hours later we got a call that our daughter had a emergency so we had to leave for home right away. So we had to leave the wedding and went and picked up our bags. I stopped at the front desk and explained our situation and ask for a partial credit and the gentleman was very rude and just said no!

Everything was good. Staff told u right away , that pool wasn't working . Which we didn't care . Too busy running around. Stay there again.
