We could not believe that there was no coffee in the lobby or at breakfast for 3 days. We asked the lady at the front desk and she said the coffee machine was broken. She said we would have to use the coffee machine in the room. That coffee is terrible. A true coffee drinker would rather not drink coffee than to drink coffee made from those little machines. They said they were waiting on a repair guy. You need to have a backup plan, for good percolated coffee in the lobby, and for breakfast, if your big coffee machine goes out.

I love how I always feel special when i stay here for an annual event. Sometimes it's just the little things. The bed is a little hard for my taste, but nof horrible. The breakfast is good. The parking lot is well lit. I will definitely be back.

Pebble was amazing! Exceptional employee! Breakfast was decent. It was clean, quiet, and bed was comfortable. Only downside was other guests smoking around the pool area.

I've stayed at this hotel several times, never any issues to mention. This stay was okay. Our room had a funky odor, our phone didn't work to call the front desk when we weren't provided a remote for the TV. They offered to move our room, but we were already unpacked and in jammies. The pool was down for maintenance on an 80 degree day. I guess I felt like it wasn't as great of a stay as previous times. The breakfast was pretty good, and the lady managing the breakfast area was amazing.

My husband and I had planned one last stay...just to relax, watch tv and drink coffee in our handicap room. The t.v. did not work. When I called front desk, they tried telling i wasn't pushing the right button...I am old but stupid. They couldn't get it to work and offered us a hearing impaired room--my husband can barely walk and cannot lift his legs..so we had a choice of not having a t.v. or not having a bathroom he could use! The a/c could not be adjusted and was freezing in room. There was no available coffee anywhere in hotel...urns out of order. This was the worst hotel stay we have ever had. The sraff were not helpful and was very rude. When I asked for a discount for tv not working, I was told I would need to talk with expedia since i booked with them. No one offered us an apology or even seemed to care. We are both in our 80's and not used to people being so rude.

The only thing that was rather inconvenient was the parking. I had to park behind the building because there were 2 trucks with trailers attached to them that were taking up at least 5 parking spaces each on the side of the building. In situations like that, those type vehicles should need have to park behind the building. Other than that, the stay was great.

This property is pet friendly and people friendly! We even got a FREE cold water bottle each when we checked in!!!!! Who does this anymore??!! I would go out of my way to stay here again. Great front desk lady, kind and patient with us. Excellent with disabled people and dogs. JUST LOVED OUR STAY, what a FIND!! THANK YOU !!!

Very nice accommodations with the huge exception of being unable to get the tub to switch to shower then we noticed th shower head had black funk all over it. Unable to wipe it off. The desk staff was very nice and said would address with a manger. No word yet. The rest of stay was great and clean.

I have to say that this was a very nice experience! When I arrived, the staff was very frieand nice. My room was immediately ready. When I walked into my room, I was greeted with a welcome message on the TV. That may be a small thing, but it does make me feel special. The room was clean and pleasant. There was even a towel folded in the shape of an elephant. Cute! The shower was spacious. The bed wasn't bad, but it was more firm than I prefer. I woke up with a backache. The pillows were pretty good, though. The breakfast was good. The little omelets were delicious. There was plenty of bacon. The biscuits were okay and the gravy wasn't bad. There was fresh fruit that I enjoyed. When it came time to check out, again the staff was friendly and nice. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience.

Hot food hot and cold food kept cold. 2nd and 3rd day there wasn't any yogurt available but plenty of other options such as cheese omlette, cereals, waffles, bacon, danish, bagels , jellys, cream cheese, fresh fruit, juices, etc. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and done everyday. It was a handicapped room and the bathroom accommodations were pitted due to steam. Better than other places that allow pets. We had a personal problem the day we arrived. Staff was very accommodating, friendly and attentive.

Very nice and comfortable stay. Great breakfast options. Comfy bed. The only negatives were a strong cleaning solution odor in the hallway (it thankfully didn't make it into the room) and the room door was very heavy and a bit sticky to open. That posed a bit of a challenge when juggling two pups on leashes while trying to go in or out. Those minor negatives won’t prevent us from staying here again if in the area.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room was clean and cozy and we were very comfortable during our stay. We especially enjoy the superior service we received from Pattie! She does an excellent job preparing, and serving the breakfast and she is an absolute delight to talk to. She certainly goes out of her way to make sure that her guests are greeted and treated kindly!

Friendly young lady at check-in who was fast as well. Room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast had good options to choose from and was montored and tended to quite well. This is really well run facility and we will continue to stay here when passing this way.

We enjoyed our stay! Heaven at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind! As was Mrs Patti who was in charge of breakfast. We had a large group and she was helpful and patient with us. Thank you to all the staff! You all made our stay exceptional!

Great conveniently located close to the freeway but without all the noise. Perfect place to stay when you’re traveling and need a nice place to lay your head. Super clean and nice place!

Hotel sits away off freeway. Gas station and small restaurant near property, not much else, 15 min drive to find any kind of store or more restaurants. Staff very nice and helpful, rooms service was excellent. Full breakfast different everyday. Family lives nearby, for us a good choice, spent three nights there.

Our only problem was the breakfast manager was clueless about gluten free. I am Celiac and stay with Hilton hotels as I can always be helped and find something to eat. She seemed to not care nor look to see if it said CONTAINS WHEAT.
