Lovely old building with beams and oak doors. Safe and secure entrance with parking on site. Very nice modern bathroom in contrast to the room. Excellent breakfast menu with everything cooked to order.

Great location in the heart of Oswestry. Parking at the property is a real bonus. Beautiful old building. The fantastic breakfast would come a close second to the lovely owners for the reasons to stay here.

Easy to park. Nice room and bathroom. Steep narrow stairs to my very quaint room, which I didn't mind - though some might ask for a more accessible room off the lovely courtyard.

A really warm welcome from Michelle and Mark upon arrival. My case was taken up to the room while Michelle showed me where the private parking was. Beautifully set around a courtyard the rooms are gorgeous. Sebastian’s itself is lovely! High beamed ceiling on my first floor room, lovely little seating area outside and thick soft carpets on the floor, and a really quirky bathroom with mosaic tiles and a lovely shower. I really liked this place. The little details are lovely things like the Home cooked biscuit on arrival, fresh milk in a tiny bottle, the little extras in the bathroom, vanity kit, shower cap etc Breakfast was superb! Honestly one of the best ever! Lots of choice and great quality ingredients. The detail again at breakfast is just top notch! Napkin folded like a little waiters jacket, breakfast drinks delivered in a wooden box, butter with a side of ground salt so you can opt to have salted or unsalted butter in your home made soda bread toast! Delicious and a lovely breakfast experience. To top it off I slept like a baby in the ever so comfy bed! Huge well done to Michelle and Mark all your effort and care is noticeable. Lovely place recommend you stay if you get a chance you will love it. Lots of places nearby to eat in the evening too.

Ample and very comfortable king size bed, plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate sachets and the offer of fresh milk each day of our short stay. Really warm, friendly welcome and just the right amount of attentiveness. Would definitely book again.

Absolutely fabulous room in the courtyard, spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated and furnished. Would definately return. The only tiny criticism would be that the pillows on the bed were too small and flat for us, ( but that’s just our personal preference ). The hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

Lovely clean room which had all the requirements we needed. Ideal location for what we needed.No info provided about wi-fi password. Mattress was comfortable. Could do with better pillows. Saturday night noise from pub next door- dont expect an early night. All quiet by 11:30pm.

Incredibly friendly and helpful service going the extra mile to look after our needs. On a walking trip, arrived with sweaty clothes and a broken rucksack, both happily sorted. Very comfortable room and excellent breakfast.

Sebastian's if right in the heart of town with plenty to see and do. The rooms are full of character and the hosts very welcoming. Fantastic attention to detail that made the trip feel very special. The breakfast was simply stunning :)

Absolutely lovely place to stay in the heart of Oswestry. Very clean. Accommodation was lovely and comfortable. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely stay again.

Sebastian's if right in the heart of town with plenty to see and do. The rooms are full of character and the hosts very welcoming. Fantastic attention to detail that made the trip feel very special. The breakfast was simply stunning :)

Great location in the heart of Oswestry. Parking at the property is a real bonus. Beautiful old building. The fantastic breakfast would come a close second to the lovely owners for the reasons to stay here.

A really warm welcome from Michelle and Mark upon arrival. My case was taken up to the room while Michelle showed me where the private parking was. Beautifully set around a courtyard the rooms are gorgeous. Sebastian’s itself is lovely! High beamed ceiling on my first floor room, lovely little seating area outside and thick soft carpets on the floor, and a really quirky bathroom with mosaic tiles and a lovely shower. I really liked this place. The little details are lovely things like the Home cooked biscuit on arrival, fresh milk in a tiny bottle, the little extras in the bathroom, vanity kit, shower cap etc Breakfast was superb! Honestly one of the best ever! Lots of choice and great quality ingredients. The detail again at breakfast is just top notch! Napkin folded like a little waiters jacket, breakfast drinks delivered in a wooden box, butter with a side of ground salt so you can opt to have salted or unsalted butter in your home made soda bread toast! Delicious and a lovely breakfast experience. To top it off I slept like a baby in the ever so comfy bed! Huge well done to Michelle and Mark all your effort and care is noticeable. Lovely place recommend you stay if you get a chance you will love it. Lots of places nearby to eat in the evening too.

Room was spotless, this was our 2nd stay here, and will not be our last, lovely breakfast basket, and love the little bottles of milk, and goodies, such a lovely touch. Staff friendly and welcoming.

absolutely disgustingly filthy dirty, huge pee stains all over the mattress found in the morning as bottom cover came off the bed, also torn bitty material under the mattress grime and dirt all round bathroom, a bath matt that was yellow and shredded totally unusable for my elderly mother who is 88 limescale around taps and dirt as well as actual grime, ripped tatty settee, we wouldn't even take our shoes off as the carpet was filthy. There was no point of contact as no reception area only a phone number of someone who was not only rude when we did manage to get through also chose to ignore further calls. This was advertised as a 4-star hotel with a so-called deluxe room was an utter disgrace! we have complained by email to the hotel and by phone to be totally ignored by the owner!

A nice hotel. The garden rooms, which my friends were staying in, were smaller but better configured than our room in the main building. All in all a pleasant stay.

Very nice accommodation. Applying entry code took me a while and having no staff about was a bit strange. Cycled a long way to get there and accommodation was perfect for me
