I liked everything about your property it was just beautiful and the only thing I did not like was there was a wedding there and they took up all the space in the back around the pool and everything else and was told I could not use the pool

The two pools and gym were very nice.

Beautiful hotel/campus. Great amenities. Currently undergoing improvements/construction. Did not impact stay, though. Rooms are great. Nice, big fitness center and outside and inside pools. Breakfast buffet (included) was very nice. Highly recommend at the discounted price.

The property is beautiful, the setting with the pond and 2 water fountains. The outside pool area, the outside sitting with the fire pits! There was a wedding on sat. Evening around the outside pool area so that was closed for 2 hrs. But it wasnt any big deal because the inside pool was still open and we enjoyed seeing the girls in their pretty dresses. It was just a small lil getaway for me and my granddaughter. Its close to polaris many shops and restaurants. Very nice hotel would highly recommend.

Everything is beautiful on the vast grounds with both an indoor and outdoor pool. The onsite restaurant is very good. The remodeling was going on and caused noise, with half my floor closed. I love the neighborhood, with Polaris just a few minutes away with numerous restaurants available. I hope they don't raise their prices with the rebranding to the Ohioan.

Great amenities like gum, yoga, indoor pool, even a small lending library. Best complementary breakfast ever experienced, including crème brûlée french toast!!

Really a beautiful hotel. It is definitely the cleanest that I have ever seen. Lots of amenities, beautiful lobby, and beautiful grounds. I think there should be more handicap parking places. I would have liked a better breakfast. The English muffins and little muffins had been frozen. Wish things were labeled as to what they were. Allergy to nuts so afraid to eat most things.

Everything was good except indoor pool. Indoor pool needs cleaning.

My daughter was bit by bed bugs all over legs and the mattress was disgusting on the pull out bed she slept on

The lobby was under construction but the entryway was as clean as can be expected taking that into consideration. The rest of the hotel was immaculate as during our previous stays.

Good Morning! The stay at the Nationwide hotel was excellent the front desk was amazing. The housekeeper need to do better put more love in your cleaning. I Understand I am a housekeeper also team work make the dream work Cleanness is to Godlyness . Vacuum every time you enter a room dust do the restroom is a much and bring clean linen in at all time.

We have stayed here several times and each time we have had a good experience. For the price we definitely will stay here again. The hotel rooms have been clean. The staff has always been helpful and friendly.

Very quiet room with comfortable bed. Cleanliness was fair. Be sure to ask before booking if your room comes with breakfast included. The ads and photos show a delicious-looking breakfaat, which is part of the reason I booked; I carefully looked and there was no indication of breakfast not being included. However, we were told upon check-in that the meal would be $10 each. No thanks!

Property under renovation. Should not had sold rooms hallways a mess. Paint every where. No microwave

Room was very clean. Heater made a plastic on plastic sound that kept waking us. Had to sleep without heat.

The bathtub is not flat but slopes on both sides, so need to be careful when standing in the shower (room 129)

The first room I checked in to, the heaters weren’t working properly as they kept cutting on and off WAY before they reached the temp I set it to, so I really had to sit there and huddle up in front of the heater in this “luxury” hotel to stay warm. Of course this had to happen when it was 22 degrees outside because they can’t make sure things work in their hotel. In the suite room, there’s one heater in the bedroom and one heater in the living room area. I asked the maintenance man if they weren’t able to run at the same time, which they definitely should be able to or else what is the point, and he of course talks to me like I’m the idiot for expecting that. After he left to go talk to the front desk about switching me rooms, of course they both started running at the same time, proving their own maintenance man’s incompetence. So after spending one hour getting everything into that room from my car, I had to pack up and move it all again. So much for the price huh. When I got to the second room and went to put my drinks in the fridge, I realized that the temperature gauge on it was broken, no cold drinks for you but thanks for your money! These are the basics, and this place is much more expensive than cheaper hotels that can still at least get these basics right. “HDTVs” probably from when they first came out, dust and trash all behind bedroom desk. You’d get a better experience than this place at a motel

Internet horrible. Could hardly do anything. Most likely will switch me to another location next time. Also no USB ports for charging. I can live without that had I had known. Just expecting them to be there these days. Staff was excellent. Rooms and hotel very clean.

Rooms could use an update. Old mattress

This was the first time we stayed here. The reviews were the best out of any hotel that I looked at and the property looked beautiful from the photos. The property was definitely beautiful. We had a king suite which was very nice, but the bathroom setup not so much. The sink was on the outside and the tub/shower and toilet were in a tiny room with a door. There was no exhaust fan in the tiny shower room, the water pressure was not so great and the tub felt like it was on a slant. If you had to turn the light on where the sink was and someone was sleeping they might be bothered since the bedroom was right there and there wasn’t a door. The hotel had an indoor and outdoor pool, but there were six weddings a family reunion and something else going on the weekend we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy either pool. All in all the hotel and property were very nice, but it seems like there’s a lot of events that go on there so it’s a busy place. It was pretty quiet given all that was going on except for one night there were some kids running through the halls at 1:30am.

WiFi horrible. Bad water pressure. Thin walls and ceilings - you can hear EVERYTHING

Great rooms and plenty of room

The room (king) was very cozy. The bathrooms are a little dated but adequate. Very good weekday rate.

Nice property. Room was a basic hotel room kind of small but nice. Had a keurig in it.

My husband and I stayed here after the CFP game. The room was nice, clean and quiet. The mattress was a little hard for my taste but thats one area you just cant make everyone happy. All in all it was a nice hotel.

We really liked our room. It had a little sofa area to relax so you were not in the bed all the time. We also have a son with special needs. That gave him another area to sit. It was nice to have the conference area as an added space we could use. The downside is that they are renovating the hotel. The staff were extremely accommodating and very kind. Customer service was excellent! I'm sure the hotel will be beautiful once the renovations are completed.

Always a good stay. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and had our usual dinner at The Pub. I will say our experience at The Pub was extremely different and disappointing. The male bartender made it known he was annoyed with every person who needed service. We felt very rushed and were ignored for over an hour. The hotel is under construction so we were woken up by power tools at 7am. Overall we would stay here because it's convenient and clean.

The Admirals youth hockey group from Ontario Canada was extremely disrespectful. Knocking on our door and running many times between 10p-1am. Playing hockey in hallway right outside of door, refusing to stop. No supervision of the kids was provide from the adults; they were drinking in another room. Kids were wreaking havoc in the pool and fitness center. The entire group should have been removed from the premises but were permitted to continue to behave poorly despite multiple calls from many other guests. There was security in hall but nothing done. It was unquestionably the worst stay I’ve had here. Barely slept due to the noise, anxiety of retaliation, etc. I do hope this group was banned from ever staying here again. A refund would be nice.

Front desk was amazing

On Sunday August 27th I called to speak with a manager and the manager on duty at 1:20pm was very rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. She didn’t provide me with her name when asked. This was the worse experience I have ever had with the hotel which makes me, my family & business partners NEVER want to stay there again!

Your front desk staff when we checked in was amazing, especially the younger woman with the head wrap, she was so helpful and kind. Everyone else seemed very nice except for the rude housekeeper we asked for fresh towels, she was speaking a different language with another staff member and told me she didn’t have time call the desk. That is the only bad part of our trip. We will definitely stay there again.

This is the second time we've stayed at the Nationwide. I was going to stay over in the Polaris shopping center but after reading reviews about recent car break-ins at hotels in that area we came back to Nationwide. The location is a little bit away from Polaris shopping area but its a much safer area and super quiet. This year they had breakfast which was very good and was a nice start to our long drive home from the holiday. We will stay there again next year. The staff is nice, location is great and the rooms are good. My only issue is that they don't have room darkening shades and with all the lighting they have outside it can be bright in your room at night. I really enjoy the safer location of this hotel.

I love the location of this property. Lots of space located on a nice lake. Enjoyed the pool, lake, and location.

Great facility! Room was comfortable. The breakfast was great. Only draw back is their are no sidewalks or crosswalk making it dangerous to walk to surrounding businesses.

Friendly staff at front desk, easy check in and the amenities were perfect. It was a busy trip with a visit to OSU and spent very little time on the hotel property. However, the free breakfast was delicious and the room was beyond perfect! Although the trip to OSU was about 15 minutes - definitely would stay there again for future visits! O-H I-O!!

We really enjoy staying here on our way back home from visiting family. The location is close to all the dining and shopping options you could want. But far enough away to be safe and quiet. Breakfast is really good and the staff is super nice.

Nationwide Hotel has a lovely campus. There are restaurants and pools. I was impressed by the landscaping, very fresh and well tended with spring flowers in abundance. Parking was not good. Parking lots were full and had to drive around a bit to find a spot. Close proximity to Polaris, Powell, Dublin and Worthington.

Great location, quiet and peaceful

Fantastic stay - slightly north of Columbus, although very much worth the accommodations.

The room and buildings were very pretty, well maintained, and clean. The grounds were beautiful and quiet. Parking was very convenient and the location just off of 23 meant it was easy to get into Columbus and Delaware from the hotel.

Clean and spacious rooms. Close to many attractions, plenty of amenities. Just a little bit pricey IMO.

Outdoor pool advertised it was open and upon arrival was informed it was closed. Pool towels never available at the pool, had to ask multiple times for towels and go to front desk to get them. No housekeeping for 2 night stay, unaware, had to go to desk for any additional.needs such as towels, blankets since no extra blankets available in room. Breakfast wasnt included, had to pay extra. The breakfast that was available didnt have great.options for kids. Showers outdated, showerhead barely working.

Way more than expected. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The whole place was clean. The breakfast was wonderful with a major spread of fresh fruit and a hot bar

The property is stunning. The dining area is quite nice however, the breakfast menu could be much improved. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The front desk staff is pleasant enough but they do not go out of their way to fulfill requests. The workout area is state-of-the-art (including several Lateral X machines). I will stay here every time I come through Ohio however, I wish that breakfast were more enjoyable.
