Winziges Zimmer, noch kleineres Bad. Um Zähne zu putzen muss man sich aufs Klo setzen. Keine Handtücher vorhanden, Kosten 3 Euro extra, ebenso kommen noch 2,80 Touristenabgabe für 2 Personen und Tag hinzu. Dann kostet die Nacht hier 55,90.- Ein Zimmer im Ibis Budget kostet genau soviel und hat weit mehr Platz, Handtücher und ein Bad in dem man stehen kann. Dieses Hotel ist wie bei Rayn Air, für alles extra zahlen, zusammen wird es dann teurer wie ein besseres Hotel. Ich rate jedem ab in dieser Bude zu übernachten.

Personnel à l'accueil très accueillant. Problème est le manque de respect des voyageurs à parler très fort dans les couloirs tard le soir ou très tot le matin avec des portes qui claquent à répétition (on se demandait d'ailleurs pourquoi autant de porte claquaient , on aurait dit un concert de celui qui claquait le plus fort ). Chambre moyennement propre au sol et la télé ne fonctionnait pas (il manquait les cables).

À mon réveil, apres avoir passer la nuit avec une vmc extrêmement bruyant au point d'avoir l'impression d'avoir un avion dans ma chambre. Je me retrouve face a un cafard qui se ballade le long du mur! Heureusement je m'apprêtais a quitter la chambre. Malgré le personnel tres accueillant des cafards dans les chambres c'est quand meme grave mais si l'équipe n'y est pour rien il faudrait néanmoins agir... chambre 222.

Arrivé d'un bus vers 21h30: clientèles très bruyantes et aucun respect pour les autres clients. Tous ce bruit jusqu'à 23h00 après intervention de ma part. Sejour horrible. Aucune intervention de ma part sur votre site

J'ai passé une agréable petite nuit pour ma première nuit dans un hôtel, il y'avait la climatisation dans ma chambre, tout était parfaitement propre, le matelas était bien confortable et il y'avait un adorable petit chat très gentil et affectueux qui ne restait que dans l'hôtel, c'est sûrement la petite mascotte. Et le réceptionniste a accepté de me donner une photo de mon chanteur préféré Sam Smith qui était collée sur un mur pour son concert aux arènes de Nîmes. Je me suis déplacée dans cette jolie ville uniquement pour voir mon chanteur préféré en concert

The woman at the front desk was incredibly argumentative. When we checked in the night before, the front desk said we could have a cup of coffee for free the next morning. We went to get coffee, the woman at the front desk started SCREAMING we had to pay for the coffee. I was apologetic and explained about the night prior. She stated how much the coffee was - I thought she said the coffee was 50 cents/euros. I gave her 1 euro, she started screaming “YOU DON’T HAVE ANYMORE MONEY?!”. My hand was full of change, she grabbed a 2 euro coin from my hand and then slammed a 50 cent/euro on the counter. She was absolutely horrible !!! I noticed her being rude and argumentative with all the guests.

Even though we had a confirmation that we had booked 2 doublerooms with bathroom, they were only able to give us 1 double without bathroom. They gave away our rooms to someone else. They were very unhelpfull and basicaly just rude. Not even given a refund

2 chambres réservés pour 4 personnes avec petit déjeuné. Sauf que pour ce petit dejeuner, servit de 5h a 10h, nous sommes descendu a 8h, plus de pain... juste petit croissant surgelé cuit sur place, boisson chaude au distributeur. Avec pour seul excuse, nous sommes complet désolé... mais si le petit déjeuner est payé et réservé, il soit l être jusqu'à la fin du service... une famille de 5 personnes derriere nous, avec 3 enfants ont vécu la meme chose... pas correct. Remboursement proposé pour 3 personnes sur les 4.. mais ca nois a pas fait manger...

Even though we had a confirmation that we had booked 2 doublerooms with bathroom, they were only able to give us 1 double without bathroom. They gave away our rooms to someone else. They were very unhelpfull and basicaly just rude. Not even given a refund

The one thing I didn‘t like, was that the Hotel was hidden like a State‘s secret. I took me almost an hour finding the entrance. The rooms lack private bathrooms and somehow overlooked that while booking

The woman at the front desk was incredibly argumentative. When we checked in the night before, the front desk said we could have a cup of coffee for free the next morning. We went to get coffee, the woman at the front desk started SCREAMING we had to pay for the coffee. I was apologetic and explained about the night prior. She stated how much the coffee was - I thought she said the coffee was 50 cents/euros. I gave her 1 euro, she started screaming “YOU DON’T HAVE ANYMORE MONEY?!”. My hand was full of change, she grabbed a 2 euro coin from my hand and then slammed a 50 cent/euro on the counter. She was absolutely horrible !!! I noticed her being rude and argumentative with all the guests.
