Väldigt smidig in och utcheckning. Otroligt snäll och hjälpsam personal både inför ankomst men även under vistelsen. Fri tillgång till filtrerat vatten var ett stort plus. Hotellets läge var oslagbart!

Inför och under resan fick vi fantastisk support av Carla och hennes vänner via Whatsapp, enkla som svåra frågor besvarades med vänlighet och vi kände oss så omhändertagna. Hotellet låg centralt, rent och vi fick ett fint rum med stenväggar som vi uppskattade så. Det som utmärker är personalen och att de finns ett klick bort.

Arcobaleno rooms was absolutely wonderful. The staff were so helpful and always there if you needed anything at all. No ask was too much. The cleaner was really friendly and did a great job in the room. Was provided with water which could be filled when needed. They really go above and beyond to help their customers. It is also located in an ideal area with olenty of bars and restaurants around

La habitación bonita, confortable. Con detalles como dos litros de agua filtrada gratis. Buen aire acondicionado. Todo muy limpio y, al menos mi habitación, súper silenciosa. Trato exquisito tanto con Carla como con Martina. Aunque yo no he echado de menos salir más tarde el día del check in, pienso que en lugar de la 10:30’deberia ampliarse a las 12:00 como casi está normalizado, al menos en España. Det var sällan någon som satt i receptionen, men personal hade kontakt med oss via whatswapp där de var snabba på att svara och hjälpa till vid frågor och kunde ge tips på bra restauranger etc. Däremot var det tråkigt att vårt rum inte hade några fönster utåt, utan både fönstret i badrummet och sovrummet var ut mot trapphuset. Det gick således inte att vädra ut något i rummet. Sedan var AC:n otroligt högljudd, så det gick inte att sova med den på. Sedan så är väggarna verkligen papperstunna, det är oerhört lyhört. Våra två första nätter var det dessutom två olika par som hade väldigt högljutt samlag, så pass att vi vaknade under natten. Minuset här är att hotellet inte hade öronproppar att förse oss med, tråkigt. Saknade därtill vattenkokare så man åtminstone kan koka vatten på rummet. Läget är däremot väldigt bra, nära till i stort sett allt!

Very nice accommodation. The staff there were extremely helpful. The location is excellent, central and within walking distance of everything you need in Cagliari. The room was clean and spacious. The mattress was a bit firm, and the air conditioning was a bit noisy. My room was on the first floor overlooking the front of the building via the balconies. This was nice, but the location can be noisy also, especially on a weekend. If you’re staying here, would highly recommend Dulcis’ next door for breakfast, lunch, or snacks.

Perfect position, 5 min of walk from the train station which brings directly to the airoport. 5 min from main bus station which brings to the Poetto beach and all places around. Basically in the middle of the city centre, bars and restaurants all around. Property is cleaned, cosy, room slightly smaller than per pictures but I was absolutely delighted! Huge reccomendation!
