Super hotel, fantastic location, 5-10 minute leisurely walk to centre of Desenzano with restaurants & cafes along the way. Hotel sits on the roadside overlooking the lake, so fabulous views while eating a super buffet breakfast. We had a lake view balcony room, which although small was spotless, modern & a very comfortable bed. There is a rooftop terrace with amazing views, yes there isn’t a pool, but the lake is literally across the road for those wanting to swim. Staff were all very friendly & there is bar service in the evenings & outdoor seating with sun canopy. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel, it says it’s 3* but it far surpasses this with its location! We would have no hesitation in staying here next time in Lake Garda.

Vi hadde rom med lake view og det var helt fantastisk. Snille og hjelpsomme personale. Beliggenheten var også helt topp med gåavstand til alle restauranter og rundt en 20min spasertur til togstasjonen. De har ikke parkering tilgjengelig på stedet men de kunne gi rabattert pris på et parkeringshus bare 2 min unna noe vi satt veldig pris på. Elsket rooftop terrassen! Kommer gledelig tilbake.

Tolles Hotel,welches unsere Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Gutes Frühstück,sehr nettes Personal,zentral gelegen mit schöner Freifläche vor dem Hotel. Das Zimmer war zwar nicht übermäßig groß, aber das ist für uns auch nicht wichtig. Etwas schwierig ist die Parksituation,da das Hotel nicht über eigene Parkplätze verfügt. Oberhalb vom Hotel gibt es einen kostenfreien Parkplatz,allerdings ist ein großer Teil der Parkflächen für Kurzzeitparker reserviert,man muss also Glück haben, einen Platz ohne Zeitbeschränkung zu bekommen. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit,ein vergünstigtes Ticket für die Tiefgarage ganz in der Nähe zu erwerben.

We had a lovely stay in Desenzano at Hotel Riviera, where Desenzano provided the perfect base for us to explore Lake Garda as we had been travelling Italy via trains. We had a balcony and lake view room, which provided gorgeous views and caught the morning sun. For us that was definitely worth upgrading for. The room felt spacious and modern. There was only a mini bar fridge in the room though, so storing any drinks to cool was a challenge, especially with the 30 degree heat. Only gripe with the room was that the shower had poor temperature regulation, where often it would cycle. The roof terrace with sun loungers was a cracking touch, especially for days of just relaxing. The hotel was only a short walk to the ferry port, and < 20mins walk to the train station. I would highly recommend this hotel, and would opt to stay again in the future!

Hotellet ligger i sentrum med kort gåavstand til butikker og restauranter. Det var godt lydisolert slik at man ikke hørte støyen fra gaten og utestedene. Aircondition fungerte utmerket og rommet hadde god plass til det man trenger. Frokosten var bedre enn på mange andre italienske hoteller. Personalet var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Vi skulle ha tog på avreisedagen og det var varslet streik i togselskapet. De gjorde alt de kunne for å bistå oss. Det eneste negative var vanntrykket i dusjen. Det var nesten ikke trykk, vanskelig å regulere temperaturen og man brukte derfor lengre tid i dusjen enn nødvendig. Mulig dette ikke er relatert til hotellet, men infrastrukturen i byen? Men dette kan man leve med når resten er så bra.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura con marito e figlia di quattro anni, albergo curato e rinnovato negli interni, la nostra camera confort vista lago era nuova, funzionale e con una vista lago spettacolare. La colazione servita in una sala pulita e funzionale era ricca e varia, presenti alimenti per tutti i gusti, con prodotti freschi e genuini. Il personale della reception molto gentile e cordiale (in particolare con la sig.ra Valentina con la quale ho scambiato diverse email ed ha sempre risposto in modo fermo e rapido), meno cortese il personale della sala colazione. Consiglio questa struttura.

We stayed as a family of 3 with a baby Breakfast options were excellent. Great balcony view overlooking Lake Garda, very clean and friendly staff. So convenient to the train and ferries for transport to Sirmione, Garda, Peschiara del Garda, Venice and Verona. All great day trips. Desenzano itself also a great wee place. Would stay again!

The property is conveniently located in the main area of Desanzano Del Garda. It is a two minute walk to a really great beach and under 10 minutes walking to the main city Square with all of the restaurants and bars and shops. Also, just a five minute taxi to the train station. The room was air-conditioned and at night, even though a busy area. It was still very quiet. The view from the balcony overlooking the lake was incredible gorgeous sunset and sunrise.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, face au lac, et la réceptionniste parle bien français et s'est montrée très serviable. Cependant, au petit-déjeuner, les employés du restaurant suivaient les clients dans leurs moindres gestes, au point que nous nous sommes sentis un peu harcelés et incapables de choisir nos plats confortablement.

Also für eine Nacht ist es gut es liegt central aber der Zustand im Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig vor allem das Bad es sind viele Sachen defekt . Der Kaffee zum Frühstück muss man nicht haben da lieber einen Cappuccino bestellen den konnte man trinken

We had a good stay here! The location is great, right by the beach which gives a lovely breakfast view. The staff was very helpful and friendly! It has a free car park close by and the staff helped us with directions. The room and the hotel felt a bit worn down. It felt decent, ok hotel for the money. The room wasn’t silent - we could hear people walk and talk outside and sometimes it was a bit too loud. Ok breakfast, a small selection of different items - not great coffee tho. The aircondition worked well in the Room!
