Splendida villa sulla spiaggia con 3 camere da letto sulla spiaggia di sabbia del resort V-16 di fronte al mare di Las Palmas

Beautiful space, lots of room for 3 couples.

The home is beautiful with great views, well-kept grounds, and clean pools—but overall, the stay was disappointing. The bathroom had a “clean” label, yet there was urine on the side of the toilet. The pull-out sofa in the master bedroom didn’t work, which was frustrating since we booked expecting to use it. The bunk bed creaked loudly with every movement, making it hard to sleep.There was already visible damage throughout the property, even though we were warned we’d be charged for any. I took a video at check-in just in case. Despite a cleaning fee, the place was not clean—trash was under the recliner, the showers drained poorly, and hot water in the master took 5 minutes to arrive, causing flooding. The showerhead wouldn’t stay up and fell on my head.Kitchen cabinets were loose, the fan in the second master didn’t work, and Netflix required us to use our own account.For the price, we expected basic comforts to be met. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.

Perfect location! Very clean! 2nd time staying at this villa. Always a good time. Excellent staff service.

Everything was wonderful, relaxing and fun.

Couldn't have been better, the only negative was bedroom two and three were for children. So, I had the incredible master facing the ocean and my buddy slept in the lower bunk bed next to the garage. I felt bad, that his room was no where near as nice as mine.
