Our room had a wonderful private terrace and pool, but the shower didn’t work when we checked in, the toilet water smelled terrible, our towels were stained, and the pool was not cleaned before we arrived as there were floating bugs in it. Also, the air conditioner dripped water all the time no matter what temperature we kept it at. Once they fixed the shower and the smell in the bathroom, and cleaned the pool it was much better, but the AC never stopped dripping. Also, bring your own shower products and any other items you may need because our shower only had shampoo and hand soap and there were no amenity kits of any kind. The staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast in the cafe was very good.

The first room felt like a dungeon. Sink had broken chips and saw a cockroach. Terrible lighting and smelled weird. Asked to change rooms. Moved to a different much nicer room but they made me pay full price and I had to pay for both rooms despite not using one. The second room had no towels. Asked three separate times before they finally brought up towels. The woman at check out was nice thoughm
