Kitchen was great

What a great place to stay I could have stayed longer. Only thing is I wish rooftop bar was open every day or a least the weekend

The location is good as far as being able to walk to restaurants and the restaurant in the hotel, Seasons 101, is excellent! I do not like the noise from the main road in front of the hotel. It is very loud. You do have sound machines in each room, but it’s still is overpowering. The shower that was in both bathrooms, room 2206, were terrible. They were overhead rain style showerheads with no adjustments. The shower was actually very hard as the water came out and it is only about 3‘ x 3‘ so there’s not a lot of room to even turn around or bend down. We only had one encounter with the staff at the front desk on the first day when we checked in other than that we did not see any other staff besides one cleaning person. Other than the showers, the kitchen area is great, the bed was OK but the bedroom and bathrooms are small. Very nice, modern and clean, however.

Clean hotel. Efficient, friendly staff. Awesome stay! Would love to stay here again next time in Sevierville.

Large Rooms. Great location. Some reviews mentioned the noise.It is in the heart of town so that's expected and is no different than most any other hotel we have stayed at. Would definitely stay here again.
