Mountain Aire Inn Sevierville - Pigeon Forge

Our room was already occupied when we opened the door. We went back to the office and he told us that was wrong it isn’t occupied. After more convincing we were upgraded a queen size bed for the king size we reserved. Won’t be staying again!

The room was clean there were plenty of towels. The bed was comfortable. This is an older place but very well maintained and the price was great.

Great staff! Small hotel with plenty of parking just off the main drag! Nice clean rooms at an affordable price! Its nothing fancy but cant beat it for the price! Its clean and safe with comfortable bed! If your high maintenance guest this is not your place! But if you like personal space quiet with a great staff this is for you! Ive been staying here for years and love it!

This is a decent place to stay if you are looking for an inexpensive option where you just want to sleep. Pros: front desk personnel was kind, outdoor pool, comfortable beds, convenient location Cons: older, loud traffic noise, front desk personnel could not help with room issues and did not offer any solutions, TV did not work (new and apparently not hooked up to any services yet??), cleanliness was just okay

Rooms were in need of some upgrades but it was reasonably clean. Most rooms looked very accessible but the one we chose didn’t have any parking.
