The only nice thing about this property was the convenience and the fact that it had many dining options around it. Other than that it was Disgusting, we only stayed because the next closest hotel was completely book and had no availability. When we checked in one staff member was extremely friendly and the other acted like she couldn’t be bothered by us. Upon getting to our room we noticed the sheets didn’t fit, the mattress was filthy, there was hair on the sheets, bathroom floor and in the sink along with rusted nails poking out of the shower wall. We tried to get the room switched and it took forever before they finally agreed. We then waited 2 hrs for a new room to be ready only to find that it wasn’t much better than the first. Sheets were stained, rooms smelled like sewage every time we came back from being out. There was stuff splattered all over the doors and again hair all over the floors and on the linens. It looked like they did everything they could to avoid using bleach because even the towels were almost a brown color instead of white. We went to the local Walmart to buy towels to use so that we would feel clean. If we weren’t in town for a wedding we would have booked a flight home the day we checked in. Do NOT stay here unless it’s your absolute last and only option. We have never had an experience as bad as this one. You’ve been warned!
