This is a fabulously clean hotel, with comfy beds and a lovely bathroom/ shower. Breakfasts are great but ordered not buffet style and sometimes there was rather a long wait. The pool area is immaculately clean but quite small for the number of apartments- even in April there was no vacant sun beds so not sure what it will be like in high summer! Staff all lovely- pool bar service is a lovely added extra! We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days and would definitely return!

The perfect location in Ibiza. Beautiful pool, beach and near by everything you need. They also serve great food at their restaurant.

The location is very nice. Right on the beach with a pool that looks over it. The beds were comfortable and good amount of room. As far as rooms go, it was a good one. My issue was the lack of customer service and the overall attitude of all the staff that work there. None of them seam to enjoy what they are doing or care about you as a guest. And good luck if you have any questions about their policies, they get defensive and attitudes come out. But honestly, it was like that everywhere I went in Ibiza, the people there just are not as friendly as the rest of Spain. Their pool closes at 7:30pm!! I couldn't believe it. This is Ibiza, known for their late nights. How does the pool close before the sun even goes down? It's crazy. Got attitude when I asked why they close it so early. Every place I have ever stayed, the pool closes around 9-10pm. Their WiFi in the room was absolutely horrible. We had to stand next to windows to get any type of service. But, if we were outside of the room or on the balcony, we had service (not very fast). It was annoying.

Overall, we had a great stay here. We stayed for four nights. The location is AMAZING - walking distance to the big clubs Hï Ibiza and Ushuaïa, and 10 minutes from the airport. We scored a sea facing room on the top floor (3rd floor). The bathroom was very nice compared to most hotel bathrooms I have experienced. The restaurant downstairs had great food and the pool bar drinks were reasonable. The only con of this place is there is no elevator to help with luggage. Some people have complained about the noise from airplanes overhead, but this wasn’t an issue for us. My one complaint about our stay is the pillows and bedding. We were given two flat pillows on the bed, which were like sleeping with no pillows at all and the blanket was very thin. My husband asked the front desk for two more pillows and an extra blanket and was questioned about why we needed more. The young guy at the desk told him to turn the heat up in the room and wouldn’t give him extra pillows. The rest of the staff that I experienced was very nice and accommodating.

Location is amazing. Bang on the beach and walking distance to amazing places including Ushuaïa and Hi Ibiza clubs and street markets. Rooms are a little small especially if you are more than 2 persons staying in a room. Parking is an issue if you have a rental car as the property does not have its own parking area and you have to park on the streets. Parking on streets is very difficult to get and you need to park in a public parking nearby which becomes very expensive.

Brilliant hotel! Incredible location for Bossa, in the centre and also on the beach. Lovely modern rooms, cleaned every day. Friendly staff, overall excellent! The only slight negative is there isn’t much room around the pool for sunbathing we struggled to get loungers on a couple of occasions.

The best part is the location as it sits right on the beach and is walking distance to bars and clubs. Beds weren’t as comfortable and no AC unit in the room only in main living area however it did cool down at night with the door open. Does have a flight of stairs to enter the front door. Unfortunately the pool closed early at 7pm. Staff was friendly. Would consider staying here again.

We had a lovely family stay over Easter, the hotel exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and the staff were really friendly. We stayed in d'en Bossa as a base and travelled around the island. It was difficult to park for free in the area (but luckily we always managed to). There is also a big car park just across the road though. We travelled out of season so the clubs weren't yet open and I imagine it was quieter for this reason. You could still hear music, and of course, the planes flying over in the evenings, but it wasn't too loud. If you're looking for complete quiet though, this place isn't for you! The sunsets in the morning are beautiful and highly recommend paying extra for the sea view. The food in the restaurant was delicious and not too expensive compared to other restatuants in the area.

Location great - in walking distance to restaurants / some main clubs if that’s what you’re after, bur also far enough away not to notice them and easy taxi rides to the port. The cleaning wasn’t great. They didn’t empty our bin many times (and with a baby and dirty nappies not ideal), and they left a cigarette on our bed on 2 different occasions where our daughter had picked up! They did apologise first time and gave us a drink, but then happened the next day too. Pool was lovely, pool staff amazing with our daughter, and right on the beach. It is quite noisy with people going out at night walking past our room

The apartment was very confortable with air-conditioning. The room was cleaned through out our stay and the staff at the restaurant were friendly. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend.

Clean, excellently located apartments in Playa den Bossa. Friendly staff, quick check-in, nice pool area, would return!

The property is so clean and close to the airport. The sea views are stunning and the pool bar / pool area is fantastic. Very clean, friendly staff and feels very safe for children

Very central yet quiet. Well priced. Staff are really helpful. Rooms are clean and modern. Right on the beach. Use of the safe was included without any extra cost. Great place.

As a family of 4 (with 2 children) we had a fantastic stay! Planning to possibly be back next year. Positives: lovely lady at the reception allowed us to chek in 1h earlier, amazing power shower, beautifuly maintained gardens,pool area and restaurant/ bar area, very tasty, well presented and, reasonably priced food and drinks (coffee €2, pizza around €12, smoothies around €7), great location, beach on your doorstep, walk to the old town/ castle took us around 40min, taxi from the airport was €13, beach towels available from the reception, spacious room, kitchen equipped with little fridge, hob (no oven), sink, few pans, cutlery and crockery. Negatives/ requires improvement: I dont think cleaning ladies use hoover! All floors are done with mops only, hence there is a lot of hair on the floor, I wish there was a brush provided, especially after coming back from the beach as sand gets everywhere, walls are very thin, so you can basically hear your neighbours, its pretty impossible to close your room door quietly, which is disturbing especially at night, TV has no English channels, kitchenette is a bit dated and probably needs a good wipe before using (fridge was clean but microwave needed attention), there was a washing liquid but you have to get sponges/ clothes, bed in a lounge is a pull out bed where 1 person sleeps higher than the other, room is very basic but thats expected from 3* property, Spar shops around are VERY expensive ( loaf of bread around €5, crisps €3.50).

The hotel was near of main street of clubs. It was easy to walk around. Room was quiet and really clean, but it seemed a bit old style.

Loved the location. It’s right on the beach and very close to Hi Ibiza and other nice restaurants. Also close to the airport. My only suggestion is in the rooms, I think just updating the comforters and reupholstering the couch cushions would really update the look.

My room was on the third floor, which I didn’t appreciate carrying up a large suitcase. The “Superior Apartment” was good size with two twin beds in a separate bedroom, with a living room, balcony and kitchenette. The entire room had a strong odor of mold and bleach. I had to air out the place but it still stunk. The shower had good water pressure, but the sink was too small, luckily the kitchen sink worked well to rinse items. The bed felt like a cheap mattress and sheets from a low rent motel, at least the sheets were clean. I found that the man at the front desk is confrontational as well, not to be trusted. The noise from people talking in the courtyard to the slamming of old wooden apartment doors late at night made this a noisy stay, and I would not recommend to travelers that are light sleepers. The beach access from the pool deck area was convenient, but the beach has too many rocks and debris on it. The only positive was the restaurant, which had good service and a decent breakfast.

Die Unterkunft liegt genau in der Einflugschneise zum Flughafen, das stört allerdings kaum (uns jedenfalls). Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig. Und wenn Stühle in der Wohnung oben drüber verschoben werden, dann wird’s auch schon mal laut. Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen, nettes Personal, alles gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Preis-Leistung, stimmt, wir waren hier für ein verlängertes Wochenende und würden das auf alle Fälle wiederholen.

The included breakfast was also very nice, with fresh squeeze orange juice. Front Desk staff was helpful. Overall, I would stay here again.

Clean hotel, Beautiful view but really bad customer service. The servers were always with bad attitude and rude. I was told the first day we arrived that the breakfast was included but the next morning the server told me I have to pay. There is not towels for the pool available you have to pay for it. When I try to pay for it, they don’t take card payment and if you’re gonna pay with cash has to be only with local currency. Not US dollars. Also you’re not allowed to use the towels from the room to use them at the pool. We stayed for three nights and we got our room clean up once and that’s because I went out to ask for more toilet paper and towels. We spend 20 days travel in Europe and all the hotels we stay were great!! except for this one…

The location is great but the service was horrible. The severs and cleaning staff were sullen, rude and made us feel unwelcome. My family would never stay there again

Booked this hotel on a whim. The Amazing: The beach access, pool and beachfront restaurant are all 10/10. The food was yummy. The fresh juice bar is fantastic. Location is local and lots of food options all within walking distance. Close to airport. $7euro taxi. The Bad: The main general manager is absolutely AWFUL to deal with. Makes you feel like your interrupting his time as he scrolls on his iPhone. Awful customer service and tone when he speaks to you. Worth Mentioning: if you are sensitive to sounds DO NOT book this hotel. You hear 15-30 planes low flying, and EVERY single step or door shut from any surrounding rooms. Rooms are SUPER basic but did the trick for what we needed. Tropical Vibe on the exterior.

Everything is perfect except staff don't smile or interact much. Breakfast time is always under staffed leaving people waiting too long to be served.

Front office staff was excellent, other staff members were very good. Maintenance staff was very bad, they entered room without knockings. Breakfast was OK. Pool and beach were excellent.

Appartamento/ hotel con pulizie ogni giorno. Ottimo servizio di accoglienza. Ci hanno dato la camera appena arrivati alle 9 di mattina senza aspettare l’ orario delle 14. Buona la posizione fronte mare con piscina, vicina ad ogni servizio. Comodo anche il ristorante fronte piscina

The best deal in Playa den Bossa. Perfect location walking distance from Ushuaïa and Hi and a ferry to Formentera. The breakfast included in rate was worth it. We enjoyed being right on the beach and the food at the restaurant.

Hotel was close to everything we needed. AC was a little meh but we survived. Pool was nice but pool chairs saved all day with no one in them (not the hotels fault). Resturant onsite was good and convineient. Right on the beach which was amazing.

We komen al 4 jaar bij Sal Rossa en zijn zeer tevreden over deze accommodatie. Op de strip maar toch rustig, lekker zwembad en aan het strand. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt, alles is vers. Kortom we bevelen dit complex zeee aan.

Fantastic views of the sea and close to lots of interesting places. Comfortable villa and the service including breakfast and dinner was excellent. The food was cooked fresh especially the dessert for dinner. Friendly and helpful staff especially in the restaurant. Thank you to the breakfast staff also.

I loved the place with Nice room and the best restaurant en swimmingpool right next to the beach. Very good prices for the rood and fine food in the morning, lunch and diner. I Will come again

Stayed here for three nights mid-April (two adults, and two kids aged 15 and 12). It's 3-star designation is spot-on. It's modern, clean, comfortable, with facilities in line with its rating. Staff are very helpful and friendly and speak sufficient English. The location is quite good. 15-minute transfer from the airport. A selection of restaurants within easy walking distance, although some were closed where it was shoulder season. Taxis to Ibiza Town cost about 13 Euros. A few things to be aware of. The beach right in front of the hotel is quite small, and had a lot of seaweed on it early in the season. You can walk 200m to a larger beach. It's proximity to the airport means planes flying overhead (great for plane spotters!) - there are no planes between 2300-0700 overnight. I'm a light sleeper and had no issues. Service at breakfast was a little slow after 1000. If you are in a rush then get to breakfast before 1000. We had a sea view room, which was worth the extra for the view. My first time to Ibiza and I would definitely recommend this hotel. I can't comment on what it is like in high season, but in April it was a perfect break for my family.

Loved the hotel staff! They were helpful and kind. The location is amazing! Wasn’t a fan of the restaurant menu or waiters. They were not very friendly or accommodating and the food was overpriced and mediocre at best.
