This is not a hotel at all by any definition. Very dirty, very old and used up, no parking (only public). Other guests look, sound and smell weird. Definitely not for a couple or a family. I checked out right after I saw the very dirty smelly room although booking was non refundable because it was unbearable.

For the price this is very good, despite slightly offputting entrance/reception area/lifts. We paid around 40 euros for a triple room (not including breakfast, but you can buy at the hotel, or there are good supermarkets just around the corner). Rooms were clean. 4 mins from RER train station (zone 4). Nice area!

I am.sorry I have to give 1 star to this hotel but the main problem was the parking. On their description it says free parking but it is not We only stayed 1 night as we wanted to visit Paris and waisted our time to find where to leave the car. So very dissapointed. Also having a 4 years old with us, and me.being pregmant made it even more difficult. So not very accurate at all, please check before if you are coming by car otherwise they will ruin your stay. Not happy at all with the parking but we managed to find parking around it ,paid 4 euros for 2 hours and then overnight was free but we had to leave at 9am. So not convenient as check out was later and we had to rush. Breakfast was really poor, not too many options. I had coffe ( which was not good either) and croissant with ham. The reception man was not really polite saying that he did not do the description on the website, so he was quite rude aswell. The room itself was old and rusty, I dont recomment it

La direction de l'hôtel aurait dû prévenir du parking zone bleue. Nous sommes arrivés 23h passées, la barrière du parking absente, la borne de péage ou contrôle cassée, résultat 35€ de contravention non prévus dans le budget ! Terrible hotel – DO NOT BOOK I am shocked that this hotel is listed on Hotel.com with such good reviews. When I arrived, I was given a smoker’s room where it was nearly impossible to breathe. The room was filthy: the toilet had stains, the table had spilled drink on it, and the bed sheets were very dirty. Overall, the room was a mess and clearly had not been cleaned properly. When I went to the reception to show them the pictures, the staff seemed annoyed and suggested that perhaps the cleaning lady had not come. They eventually gave me another room, which was slightly better, but still not acceptable. I had no choice but to book another hotel and leave this one. DO NOT BOOK – this is misleading advertising.

I wanted to check out and go find another place but the other hotel in the area was full so I went to the local market and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the shower and the sink because they were disgustingly dirty. It’s far from the city so once you leave you probably won’t return til the end of the day. Also, the place reeks of a mixture of cigarette smoke and B.O. It was BAD. Front desk staff is nice and were helpful but other than that, no, just no.

Niveau ménage, c'était vraiment très limite... Il y avait des traces de je ne sais quoi, séchées sur la lunette des toilettes, des morceaux d'emballage alu sous le lit, des peluches de poussière partout, des cheveux de la femme de chambre sur les draps et la douche était bouchée avec un poil pubien qui trainait au milieu du bac... The attendant on our first day was rude, he had non challant attitude, we got a room that was very smelly of sigarette, we eventually had it changed even though we left a day paid for them to have prepared the room.overall I wouldn't book this part particular hotel again

Não optamos por café da manha, tem uma confeitaria bem proxima, maravilhosa, além de mercados, creperia, a região é muito boa, agradavel Estação bem proximo ao Hotel O hotel, bom, porém a questão da limpeza, achei meio sujo o banheiro, os forros de cama, para a segunda cama, não estava colocando, a principio estavam dobrados e embalados porem quando fomos por estavam cheio de cabelos, e cisco de sujeirinhas, achei bem desagradavel isso. Algo que também não gostamos, em baixo/fundos hotel existe um comercio que de madrugada começam a fazer barulho, arrastar carrinhos, jogar metal do chão Recepção nota 10, super prestativos.

Tivemos uma ótima recepção, o serviço de check in foi muito eficiente. Os quartos são bem aquecidos a limpeza é suficiente. O café da manhã tem o melhor croissant de Paris.
