Room was clean and stuff was helpful but the fire alarm went off 3 times in a night (10PM-2:30AM and 2:45AM) and for few minutes so I didn't sleep much. I paid 54€ for a room with external bathroom, for a cheaper price the accomodation would be ok. They didn't ask for my documents at checkin and there was a guy asking for food and money that I was not sure was a guest so anybody could possibly enter the structure when reception is open.

I tried to cancel a good 20 days before. I got no reply from the char (even though they say they respond typically in a day), I then emailed and got nothing back. Very uoset as I had to cancel due to a family member and to them be asked how my check in was just added to the upset. Disgusting
