A piscina não é aquecida como diz na descrição , a limpeza é pessima , a cortina do quarto estava imunda , debaixo das camas com muita poeira , o café da manhã é muito bom com excessão do suco que é horrível são de máquina

Fue excelente, seguro, cerca de buenos restaurantes, playa, el área de piscina aunque estaba en construcción fue excelente. Lo disfruté mucho! Amé las habitaciones y la limpieza. Gracias!

Perfectly located across from beach and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast each morning with plenty of choices. No hassles there at all. Elevator service had a hiccup. Other than that room service good. Pool on roof with nice view. Room 707 allows you to look out the window and see Christ The Redeemer (when it is not clouded over). Lovely

Acomodações, limpeza, atendimento muito bom. O unico fator ruim é a falta de estacionamento para veiculos.

Good hotel right across the beach. The room Was good although the bathroom could use updating. The rooftop is small but was great option to use the pool rather than the beach.

I hate to say bad things but this Hotel is horrible. The beds looked like they were 10 years old. The wall outlet had wires showing. The closet door didn’t move. Elevator to 7th floor button broken in 1 elevator. Maid knocks at 8am and won’t come back later. TV had no channels clear picture and not Smart. Breakfast Buffet was great. Pool on roof no towels and very small. They tried to charge me twice for taxes. I showed them tax was paid already in hotels.com it was not cheap either but well located.

The room didn’t have a view and it wasn't mention on the reservation. We were facing AC machines. My mom arrived to see my kids, but they didn’t allow her into the bedroom or on the rooftop so we could open the presents, etc. We needed to stay in the lobby amehile the kids were open the presents. There was a construction happening on the hotel rooftop, which was very loud, starting at 9am sharp. No warning was given about that, not when we booked, not when we called the hotel to confirm our check-in time, and not even when we checked in at the reception. Staff was kind and polite. Breakfast was good but again, small saloon and crowded. Location is good and that's it.

My room had broken shades so there was no way to get a good night of sleep. The air conditioning was also broken. The WiFi is terrible and never connects The Hotel picture shows a nice swimming pool but in fact it is a very small and dirty pool The hotel is very old Don’t ruin your trip get a different hotel

Boa experiência. Hotel antigo, elevador apresentou algumas instabilidades. Mas o quarto era extremamente espaçoso, café da manhã bastante farto e variado. No geral, uma boa experiência.

Está enfrente de Copacabana, no tiene estacionamiento pero enfrente pagas a los chicos de tránsito y asunto arreglado. Hay restaurantes caminando.

It was clean except the towels

We booked 5 nights at this hotel the first night the door for our room was coming out of the door frame and the lock and door handle was broken so we switched rooms, the second room. We woke up to bedbugs crawling all over our bed so I had to switch rooms again. The staff was really nice, but they also kind of gave the attitude that they didn’t care the free breakfast in the morning is an added bonus. The location is prime. The rooms are old and outdated and needed a renovation

Interiors are very dirty, bedsheets were not clean, mattress quality bad, bathrooms need major uplift, and everything looks dirty. The sole saving grace is the location. I recommend to look for other places to stay

Equipe gentil e prestativa. Entretanto, tolhas velhas, banheiro precisando de manutencao queda d'agua espalha pelo banheiro todo e limpeza tipo exaustor do banheiro sujo, luminarias sujas.

Quatro estava com o chão sujo. Cortinas muito sujas a fechadura da porta não abria com facilidade tinha que ter uma artimanha para abrir o box do banheiro estava com as canaletas entupidas quando tomava banho alagava todo o banheiro! Pessimo!!! Apenas a localização e o café eram bons!!!!

Room was ok, it wasn't the cleanest, but we made it through our stay. Moldy curtains and bathroom, one of the sinks was broken (we didn't bother to report it).

Pelo preço que é pago, o hotel deveria ser melhor. O café da manhã é bem básico. As camas do quarto não são confortáveis, muito antigas, precisando serem trocadas. Ficamos hospedados 5 dias, e, em nenhum momento tivemos Wi-Fi. Internet péssima. O único ponto positivo é a vista do quarto. Nós solicitamos com vista para a praia. E, realmente a imagem é espetacular. Infelizmente, nossa estadia não foi agradável. Não voltaria a me hospedar novamente.

Sujo, barulhento, velho

Dåliga sängar där fjädrarna känns och i ett fall även syntes. Ok frukost. Slitet men ok. Dålig städning under vistelsen, bäddade bara. Det var dock rent när vi kom. Från usel till underbar personal. Arroganta gubbar blandat med underbara vänliga kvinnor och män.

The location is great! We walked everywhere. The staff was so kind! The man at the front desk was super helpful when we checked in and out. Breakfast was really good. Our room looked over the beach. The view was great. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The only thing that was not great was the beds! They are incredibly uncomfortable.

Very convenient and affordable property! Right on Copacabana Beach! My room was decent probably because it was one of the rooms with a balcony facing the beach and cost a little more. However, I noticed that some of the rooms and hotel in general could use a little renovation to stay competitive and get positive feedback and reviews. Overall my stay was very pleasant! The location is unbeatable when comes to the beach and getting around Rio by Uber to the Main attractions. The breakfast was good with a variety of buffet options. The front desk and concierge were very helpful particularly Jorge on the night shift. I would definitely stay again, but only in the more expensive rooms.

The only advantage of this hotel is location. Other than that, it is a pretty run-down facility that didn't receive update in many years. Damaged furniture, mold in bathroom, broken electrical outlets, dirty windows and much more.

This is a nice hotel right across from the beach. The staff was wonderful, and the breakfast was really good. An ATM in the lobby makes getting local money easy. I had a sea view room with a balcony which was great for sunset viewing. It is a bit noisy, there’s an open atrium from the roof to the lobby so voices echo but it may have been because I was right below the pool. Also the balcony door didn’t lock.

Keep your expectations in check for this one. Very outdated hotel in need of a lot of improvements. Bed sheets were thread bare and worn, the towels were dingy, the a/c unit dripped water constantly, but it did work. Surprisingly, the beds were more comfortable than I thought they would be. The bell hop was super helpful and friendly and our room was clean despite the lackluster appearance. The view of Copacabana Beach was decent from our window, but outside noise made it difficult to rest.

As we arrived at our floor and later entered our room, we were definitely not impressed - and we were given an ocean view unit. Don't take me wrong - it wasn't terrible. We could see Copacabana beach from our window and that was great, but I wouldn't give this hotel more than 3 stars. The room looked clean and was organized, but the walls were dirty and stained. The bathroom also had stains that look moldy at the top of the shower and in multiple other corners. Also, after we turned the shower lights off, it would continue blinking all night long. They put us on the 1st floor and it was really noisy. WiFi was slow and would sometimes disconnect, but was usable. Breakfast was included and food at the restaurant was OK. Again, not great. The juices were very watered, for instance. To summarize, if you go there expecting a 3-star hotel, you will be fine. But if you go like us expecting an "Excellent" hotel as rated here, you will end up disappointed.

Atendimento excelente. Café da manhã variado e muito bom. Ha refeições para almoço e jantar que tem ótimos preços, gostosos e bem servidos. Quartos confortáveis. Limpeza excelente. Localização excelente, há tudo próximo.

Atendimento ruim. Principalmente o sr. Leonardo na recepção. Primeira diária não fizeram a limpeza do quarto, o que foi terrível, e quando interpelei, o sr. Leonardo foi grosso e não resolveu o problema. Fiquei muito decepcionada com a estadia. Não volto e não indico pra ninguém

Estivemos hospedados no hotel entre os dias 08 e 15 de julho de 2025, em um quarto quíntuplo, e posso dizer que a experiência superou nossas expectativas. A localização é excelente. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com boa variedade e servido até as 10h, o que consideramos um ponto positivo. O atendimento no restaurante é muito bom, e no bar, impecável. Gostaria de destacar o excelente serviço do João — extremamente atencioso, educado e profissional. Ele realmente faz a diferença! Na limpeza, a Dona Francisca merece elogios: sempre gentil e cuidadosa. Na chegada, um senhor (acredito que se chama Moacir), de cabelos grisalhos, nos ajudou com as malas de forma muito cordial — um gesto simples, mas que fez toda a diferença. Como sugestão para que a experiência seja ainda melhor: Seria interessante que a piscina fosse aquecida, especialmente no inverno. Durante a estadia, a sanduicheira estava quebrada e precisávamos segurá-la manualmente. Além disso, havia apenas uma disponível, o que gerava uma pequena fila. Seria ótimo se houvesse duas e que a avariada fosse substituída, por segurança. Por fim, notamos que as portas dos quartos precisam de manutenção. Em várias ocasiões, tivemos dificuldade para abri-las, sendo necessário tentar várias vezes. São ajustes simples que podem elevar ainda mais o nível do serviço. No mais, só temos a agradecer. Gostamos muito da estadia e certamente consideraremos voltar.

Localização excelente, otimo cafe da manha. Atendimento pessimo em todas as areas. Chegamos de madrugada, tinhamos 2 reservas, 1dia + 3 dias, fizemos o checkin e o recepcionista disse que mudariamos de quarto no dia seguinte. Fomos na recepção no dia seguinte e nao precisava, mas quando voltamos do psseio as chaves estavam bloqueadas. Cafe da manha foi antecipada por causa da maratona, havia perguntado isso antes e me disseram que nao seria. Quando desci ja estava sendo servido ha 1 hora. Banheiro precisa de manutenção, tem mofo. Vaso sanitario entupiu. Corda da veneziana esroutou quando fomos abri-la. Esqueci um travesseiro, entrei em contato e embora soubessem que tinha 1 travesseiro a mais no apto, Nao o encontravam, quando encontraram estava com a fronha do hotel e a mimha sumiu. Bom custo beneficio, nao crie expectativas ou vai se irritar.

Kun en person er på jobb ved tidspunkt for innsjekk (kl 14), det betyr at det tar nesten en time i kø for å fp sjekket inn. Rommet var skittent. På lampeskjermen og veggen så det ut som rester etter oppkast. Vi fikk byttet rom. Det nye rommet hadde biter av teip i taket. Merkelig at rommene ikke gås gjennom før det gis til kunde. Romservice ble hentet hoppet over eller kun deler av rommet ble ryddet (?). Frokostsal var overfylt, det manglet konstant skjeer og galfer. Dårlig frokost.

The check-in experience was HORRIBLE. Traveled all over the world, arrived at checkin at 12:30 to fill out paperwork and drop my bag as a I had to be at hospital where my dad is at ICU at 13:30. I was told to come back to do paperwork at 2pm. After explaining the situation, I was finally handed paperwork and told they would charge me R$10 per bag to store them for one hour (this is a ridiculous policy, every hotel allows you to fill paperwork and keep your bags for free until you get your room).

Very good location at Copacabana district.

Overlooking the Copacabana beach, handy for the bars and restaurants and not far from the Rio subway station. Hotel was popular, slightly worn in places but great value for money .

Good location. Good breakfast. A little rundown.

Achei o hotel bom e bem localizado. O café da manhã é muito bom e bem completo. A porta do quarto que eu estava era muito ruim de abrir, tive que pedir ajuda várias vezes. O quarto que eu fiquei, eu não sabia, mas era com acesso que não tinha elevador, então tinha que ficar subindo escada o tempo todo. A comida do restaurante era ótima também, no jantar.. mas não tem muitas opções e o pessoal da recepção muito queridos e educados. Achei o quarto bom. Não tem produtos para o cabelo, só sachês de 2 em 1. Tem secador de cabelo e tomadas de ambas voltagens. No geral, gostei bastante.

The breakfast was excellent, the overall conditions were between good and very good. Also the location is very convenient. I would go again to this hotel.

O hotel em si oferece uma qualidade equivalente ao que é cobrado. Peca uma pouco na questão da limpeza dos quartos. Mas de resto, é um ótimo custo benefício, inclusive fiquei bem surpresa com o café da manhã, que foi maravilhoso!

Gostei muito, funcionário educados e atenciosos, café da manhã bom, localização maravilhosa. Estarei voltando!

Quarto que acomoda 5 pessoas em cama! Ponto por hotel. Nada novo demais, mas tudo aceitável e confortável! Totalmente esperado pelo valor. Localização excelente. Cafe da manha com boas opçoes de frutas paes, ovos e bolos.
