Überaus freundlicher Service beim Frühstück. Großzügige, moderne Zimmer. Der Glasboden bei den Zimmern mit poolzugang. Die Anlage insgesamt schön und ruhig. Gym befindet sich im nachbarhotel und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat gestört, dass man nur einen Raucherbereich bei der Rezeption hatte. Teilweise spricht das Personal kaum englisch. Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel eher mit 4, als mit 5 Sternen bewerten.

Simpelthen et super lækkert hotel, lækker stor morgenmadsbuffet med mange forskellige ting både europæisk og asiatisk. Personalet er klart verdens sødeste. Det eneste som tæller ned for os var at aircon både den der sidder inde i værelset og dem der sidder udenfor larmer meget, og man må ikke ryge på sin egen terrasse eller ved poolen, kun oppe foran receptionen hvor de har lavet et lille hyggeligt område.

The pool is amazing. Room very old and not in the spirit of time (only possible to charge phone on one bed aid) tv far from bed. And the main problem is the managment staff that didnt try to help.with any thing and han poor english. Asked for late check out, eventhough the room was not booked they said no way. When i offered to pay they charged us 2500thb for late chekout in that same room.... Good potencial hope they will improve...

Très beau hôtel. La piscine est vraiment le charme de l’hôtel. Bon restaurant intégré également. Il y a un bar service dans la piscine. Les chambres donnent directement sur la piscine qui fait tout le charme de l’hôtel. Personnel sympa. Si je dois critiquer quelques chose, c’est peut être l’insonorisation de la tuyauterie de la piscine qui fait un léger bruit d’écoulement la nuit mais rien de méchant. Vous avez un service taxi vip à l’hôtel qui peut vous proposer des activités. Je l’ai fait au début, mais pour payer moins cher les déplacement, utiliser l’app Bolt. Sinon vous pouvez aussi aller voir le Sanctuaire de vérité qui est magnifique ! À ne pas louer vu l’emplacement de l’hotel

숙박 시설은 깨끗했어요. 욕실의 레인 샤워기가 고장이 나서 욕조의 샤워기를 사용해야해서 불편했어요. 욕조의 물빠짐이 잘 되지 않았어요. 인포에 택시 불러 달라고 하시면 불러주고 택시도 친절했어요.

Came to Z through the zign in the 1st part of March. Overall really nice hotel. Beautiful views very scenic. Would be better with hot tubs and food stands closer. Not too expensive to get to Pattaya walk street, about 76 THB Staff are amazing and very friendly and helpful

部屋はプールに直結しており、浴槽も広くてとても良かったが、直結側のプールが午後からしか太陽が当たらないので、反対側のプールサイドの方が、午前中から太陽が当たっていたので残念でした。近くには、マッサージ店は、何軒かあったので良かったが、食事するレストランがタイ料理店ぐらいしかなかったので寂しかったです。

We overall enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but we do have two examples of really bad customer service. 1. we asked in the reception for a price to go to Utapoa airport, after showing the person the exact position on google maps, he said that the price would be 500 Bath. Next day when we were ordering the taxi, the price was 1000 bath, and the excuse was that the person had misunderstood where we were going…! Lame and unacceptable answer. 2. one of the glasses in our bathroom broke by placing the toothbrush in it. When we checked out they asked 250 Bath for the broken glass, why….? Two small things that easily could have been handled to the satisfaction of the customer, but which they couldn’t manage. So no recommendation from us…!

My husband and I stayed here for our 12th wedding anniversary and it was just absolutely wonderful. Everybody was so kind and friendly. The food was amazing. The atmosphere and pool and our room exceeded our expectations. Definitely will be back.

Came to Z through the zign in the 1st part of March. Overall really nice hotel. Beautiful views very scenic. Would be better with hot tubs and food stands closer. Not too expensive to get to Pattaya walk street, about 76 THB Staff are amazing and very friendly and helpful

Très beau hôtel. La piscine est vraiment le charme de l’hôtel. Bon restaurant intégré également. Il y a un bar service dans la piscine. Les chambres donnent directement sur la piscine qui fait tout le charme de l’hôtel. Personnel sympa. Si je dois critiquer quelques chose, c’est peut être l’insonorisation de la tuyauterie de la piscine qui fait un léger bruit d’écoulement la nuit mais rien de méchant. Vous avez un service taxi vip à l’hôtel qui peut vous proposer des activités. Je l’ai fait au début, mais pour payer moins cher les déplacement, utiliser l’app Bolt. Sinon vous pouvez aussi aller voir le Sanctuaire de vérité qui est magnifique ! À ne pas louer vu l’emplacement de l’hotel

部屋はプールに直結しており、浴槽も広くてとても良かったが、直結側のプールが午後からしか太陽が当たらないので、反対側のプールサイドの方が、午前中から太陽が当たっていたので残念でした。近くには、マッサージ店は、何軒かあったので良かったが、食事するレストランがタイ料理店ぐらいしかなかったので寂しかったです。

My husband and I stayed here for our 12th wedding anniversary and it was just absolutely wonderful. Everybody was so kind and friendly. The food was amazing. The atmosphere and pool and our room exceeded our expectations. Definitely will be back.

Simpelthen et super lækkert hotel, lækker stor morgenmadsbuffet med mange forskellige ting både europæisk og asiatisk. Personalet er klart verdens sødeste. Det eneste som tæller ned for os var at aircon både den der sidder inde i værelset og dem der sidder udenfor larmer meget, og man må ikke ryge på sin egen terrasse eller ved poolen, kun oppe foran receptionen hvor de har lavet et lille hyggeligt område.

Das Personal war sehr bemüht und wahnsinnig nett. Die Hotelanlage ist wirklich sensationell. Zimmer sind riesig und sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen.

I highly valued how quiet and low-key it was. I also place a high value on its no-smoking policy. There is only one small area outside near the lobby where it is allowed. Excellent and friendly staff. Very good breakfast. I had a king size bedroom with pool access (your own deck right on the pool). Fantastic. I will definitely escape here again for a quiet getaway

The pool is amazing. Room very old and not in the spirit of time (only possible to charge phone on one bed aid) tv far from bed. And the main problem is the managment staff that didnt try to help.with any thing and han poor english. Asked for late check out, eventhough the room was not booked they said no way. When i offered to pay they charged us 2500thb for late chekout in that same room.... Good potencial hope they will improve...
