コロナ前までは毎年エイタスバンコクに宿泊してましたが、閉鎖したからなのか予約できなかったからエイタスルンピニーに初めて泊まりました。プール利用できなかったのが残念でした。朝食ブッフェが美味しくて朝からたくさん食べました。朝食会場のスタッフの皆さんがいつも笑顔で迎えてくれてとても嬉しかったです。 6泊したのですがベッドの硬さも良く毎日熟睡できたので疲れが残らずまた朝からいろんなエリアに遊びに行けました。来年か再来年にまたバンコク旅行するのでその時も利用したいと思います。

Hotel façade and lobby really clean. Warm welcome right from the reception. Spacious room and bathroom. Big windows with nice views of the street and One Bangkok in the front, and you can see both parks at a distance. Nice selection of food during breakfast buffet. Didn't try the in-house dining so I can't comment on that. Room cleaning on-demand. Gym is adequate, and the pool on the 9th floor looked nice. Didn't get to try the sauna on the 8th floor. Overall, really good experience and customer service from the staff here at Aetas. Would recommend and would love to stay again.

クラブ・ラウンジは人が少なかった。プールは殆どのチェアが屋根付き部分で、屋根なしの所にあるチェアで日光浴したかったが、ずっと使用している方がいて、残念だった。ルンピニ駅から徒歩1分程度なので、外出が楽だった。ジムは着替えをロッカールームで出来るので、便利だった。朝食バイキングもおいしかった。朝食バイキングの場所はＢ１なので、自然光は期待できないです。サービスは概ね良かったです。予約時より、為替レートが悪くなり、約定金額より負担が増えたので、予約時に決済してしまう方が、後悔しなかったと思う。

Teniamos reserva para 5 noches y cambiamos de hotel a la segunda noche, el motivo fué que la terraza y piscina estaba de reformas y no nos avisaron ni por mail, ni por mensaje, reservas un hotel 5 estrellas para tener prestaciones y si eres fumador, te has de ir a una terraza que parece que estás castigado.

Early check-in was nice. They gave it for free because the pool is still out of order since the earthquake. i dont care about that but they should be more clear about the pool since it can be a dealbreaker for some. First room I received had a strong cigarette stench. I talked to the reception and they applogized and gave me another room which did not have the extremely strong cigarette smell as the prior room. However the new room was a significant downgrade in both quality and size. I feel entitled to a compensation or lower price on my original booking but they offered none. Staff was very friendly and the lobby was well maintained.

5泊しましたが、部屋の掃除を頼んでも毎日夕方16時から17時まで来ない。昼過ぎに電話で連絡して来てもらうように依頼しても夕方まで来てくれない。理由は満室だからとの事。年末年始なので、それは言い訳にならない。午後部屋でリラックスしたかったけれどトイレットペーパー等も無く、全く部屋でのんびり出来なかった。滞在中一度も掃除機はかけなかったです。最初の夜はテレビがつかず修理に来たスタッフで直せず、テレビも付かなかったが、チェックアウトの時に謝罪もなかった。数年前宿泊した時とはクラブラウンジのクオリティも全く比べ物にならないくらい違うものでした。前回が良かったので今回の体験はとっても残念でした。二度と使うことはないでしょう。

Very pleasant stay at this hotel. Right next to the MRT line & opposite a huge shopping mall. 7-11 also a few yards away. Good size room, though odd design ( a pillar in one of the corners with a settee on the back side. Liked the free minibar ( no alcohol though!). Our bathroom also had a full size tub and a very good size shower. Room spotlessly clean. Only slight issue was the traffic noise - even on the 14th floor it was noticeable- wasn't a problem for us but might be for light sleepers.

Room is spacious but the daily room cleaning can be improved. One of the lamp above the working desk is out of order. this is a bit disappointed for a 5-star hotel. Service of concierge is wonderful. Love them very much. The sauna and the swimming pool are wonderful but the bathing facilities in the changing room is out of order.

The property was closed during covid and from what I can tell, reopened sometime this year. Was one great but is still good. Staff is very responsive. Continental breakfast was very good. A little rust came out of the shower head when first turned on and a bunch of mold came out of the hot tub jets when first turned on….was pretty disgusting. All in all it’s still a really good property that close to Lumpini. I think they can do really well but will have a lot of competition from other properties in the area and some being built nearby.

Good location: next to MRT and shopping center. Staff and size of room was good. Let me just point out few major problems; I stayed for 7 nights so had plenty of chance to see if these problems were corrected, which was not. Major problem with internet connection. If any traveler is serious about connectivity, avoid this hotel. It's on and off again every single day, and one has to reboot to connect. Other problem is TV which stopped working on 4 nights. Engineer came to the room and it works for that day, but same problem next day. This problem can easily be fixed if the hotel invests some money to upgrade their system. Hopefully they fix this problem (I am a business traveler so internet connectivity is important). Also tried to use Sauna, but no towels and the room is very very small, and it was not maintained. Gym is really small also, so be aware. Good thing is the location; right next to MRT and big shopping center across the street.

Great hotel with very friendly staff. I had a room with access to the executive lounge which was very nice with hardly anyone in the lounge. My only point to state is that the room I had looked out onto the main road which was very noisy with traffic even throughout the night.

The hotel was only about 1 block from the One Bangkok Mall and subway entrance. So easy to get around town and the mall has an excellent food court. The staff at the hotel were exceptional!

We stayed for seven nights. I was starting a new job in Bangkok and we were settling in. We had some new clothes and a pair of Bose noise cancelling headphones stolen from our room My four requests to have the matter addressed including the review of CCTV. We were politely ignored on each occasion. We were far from happy. No apology, no concern. We will not stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is clean and cross from a mall, the service was very good and was the food. on the 10 day of my 15 days at the hotel I hurt my leg, it was hard for me to walk, the hotel staff help me all 5 days with food and other needs. I have to give them 5 stars for going beyond the call of duty for me.

The room was even more spacious than expected, and the staff were incredibly friendly, especially those in the breakfast room. The location is convenient, right by the road and MRT station. If you're someone who enjoys traveling and doesn't rely much on taxis, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The proximity to the MRT is a huge plus, and we found ourselves using it frequently. Moreover, the food was surprisingly good! My husband and I went for dinner at the restaurant without expecting much, but we were pleasantly surprised. They served excellent Pad Thai and seafood fried rice.

Excellent! J’ai beaucoup aimé cet hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil. La localisation est top, au pied du métro et avec un shopping haut de gamme en face. Ma chambre était très spacieuses avec tout le confort nécessaire. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bon et copieux. La prochaine fois que je reviendrai à Bangkok, je choisirais le même hôtel. Je vous le recommande!

Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The staff was super friendly and tried to help me in every way possible. Unfortunately, there were very few options for vegetarians. They did try to help by providing some custom options, but those weren't up to my expectations. Nonetheless, I appreciate the gesture. Keep up the good work.
