Stayed here one night and a full day before having to be at the airport for a 21 hr flight. I felt it was the perfect place to be able to relax after the hustle and bustle of our 2 1/2 week trip in Thailand. The room was clean, cozy, big and so was the hotel. I always saw staff cleaning especially at the breakfast and by the pool area. The breakfast had a lot of choices from thai and western dishes. Assortment of juices, pastries, bread, salad bar and a soup bar that was very good. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Only Con would be is that the pool area looked like it used to have a swim up bar but was closed for renovations but there is a menu and staff up there that you can place an order with.

This hotel was convenient as it's not far from the airport but is close enough to main shopping malls and food outlets. The room was perfectly clean and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable. The shower was powerful and the bathroom was packed with all the supplies needed. The swimming pool is fabulous with a fantastic view across the city. All staff were courteous and helpful. I cannot comment on breakfast as we didn't take it given the extortionate price!

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Amazing amenities super polite staff and emaculate. Stayed for two weeks and no issues at all. Breakfast buffet is well worth the price. Hotel restaurant had some of the best steaks have ever had.

Very clean hotel, staff excellent, swimming pool is great and a perfect view of the sunset. Restaurant is lovely but expensive as you would expect at a 5 star hotel , room service food very good but again a bit expensive for Thailand but it is what it is ! Overall excellent and a bargain price booked with Expedia.

Stayed here twice for a total of 10 days. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Easy acces tranist and the airport. Lots of spots withink awlking distance to eat and shop. Had the breakfast once at eh horel and was a little disappointed. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Good stay if you are looking for a place to sleep. Slow service though. Everytime asking for water took them 15- 20 minutes to show up. Aircon pretty slow to get cold, even when set the temp to 18, it will go to 20 at lowest. Not too convenient to go around anywhere. Other then that all really good.
