The Westin Phoenix Downtown

Fantastisk hotel. Det absolut bedste jeg nogensinde har boet på. Pænt og rent. Rigtig god seng.

Excellent place to stay. Love every bit of it.

The place was fabulous but with two huge problems. 1. I will put my hand on a bible and swear that the thermostat is probably motion activated and while you're sleeping, since there's no motion, my 68 degree sleep was disrupted by a hot room. You don't see this on the dial, but you also no longer hear the AC working. 2. I had no hot water in the shower. They fixed it, but then next day there was no hot water again. I complained and they comped my room one night but this doesn't make up for lack of sleep and shower and being my best for my conference.

We paid for a Club room. The first night we went down around 9:30 pm . There were around 10 or 12 preteen girls inside and no adults. They were loud, had food spread all over and attached to the only computer.
