The view from the balcony was perfect!

Everything was good just would like to have a microwave in the room for food

No working elevators, nobody sweeps the floors, outlets kept tripping in the middle of the night when charging only phones, we had to make coffee and charge phones in the bathroom, the shower pressure and temp was terrible and no hot water,the staff lied to the booking group and told them they gave us and option to get a refund if we didnt want to walk up stairs after driving 8 hours, they did not. On the night of check in after driving 8 hours and walking up 7 flights of steps, there was no entry into the room. They moved us to a different room that was dirty and barely had any lights that worked. Hair in the shower. The only good thing about it, there was an ocean view

We arrived last night at approximately 7:30 p.m. with our 3-month-old baby, only to be informed at check-in that the elevator in our building was out of service and our room was located on the sixth floor. While speaking to us with a mouthful of food, the front desk clerk was dismissive and placed the blame on us for not calling ahead to request a room on a lower floor or in another building. She further stated that because we were checking in “late,” there were no other rooms available and nothing she could do to accommodate us. This situation has been incredibly frustrating and has caused a significant inconvenience, particularly while traveling with an infant and all the necessities that come with caring for a baby. We were never notified of the elevator outage prior to our arrival, which would have absolutely influenced our decision to stay at this property. Had we been made aware, we would have booked accommodations elsewhere. Unfortunately, with Bike Week taking place, alternative accommodations are now extremely limited. We feel this situation was handled very poorly, both in terms of the lack of communication and the unprofessional response from the front desk staff. We believe some form of accommodation or compensation is warranted given the circumstances. After sending this to management, it has been three days since I check out and still no response.

The ceiling was peeling,the pool was full of debris.We were charged extra for guest we did not have, Tried to contact hotel. Went online and advise them of the incident they told me to talk to the hotel. Typical run around. We won't be using the hotel or hotel.com on the future. Rick
