This is our third visit to Rotham Manor but this time we found our room freezing the heating was not working even though we got the Manager to check it and one of the plug sockets were faulty. There were tea and coffee facilities but no milk and no to ask so we had to go out and buy some.. When we went to breakfast there was a fire in the room but it was not lit and we eat it with our coats on. Basically a very unpleasant stay.

We only stayed one night passing through, but we throughly enjoyed our short stay. The property grounds are beautiful and our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was lovely outside under the oak and the staff was friendly and helpful

We had a wonderful one night stay at the Rothman House! Our loft apartment was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. Leah- our host whose family own the Guest House served us a fantastic breakfast and told us all about the place. The grounds and gardens are beautiful with a resident zebra named Marty and several springboeks including an albino! It was a perfect stop heading back to Cape Town from the Garden Route. Highly recommended.
