There was no one to speak with and the reservation was for 3 rooms and they emailed a door code for 2 rooms. No one at front desk, no one answering their “help” phone; people smoking weed outside the entrance, mold in the bathroom and a small breakfast not ready by 7:30am. We will be asking for say a minimum a credit for the room they didn’t provide.

Schönes Hotel - perfekt als Zwischenübernachtung ! Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht. Ich habe vorher angerufen und kurz Frühstück dazugebucht . Online Self Checkin sehr unkompliziert.
