*Very good breakfast, friendly personnel at the restaurant! *Clean, quiet and cosy room - impersonal, slow: check-in on a touchscreen - very much DIY - considerable distance to lodging when carrying heavy suitcases that was not specified on booking

Nothng wrong with the staff. My booking didn’t come up in their system because of a glitch between hotels.com/expedia and the hotel. The staff was very compasionate, they found us a nice room almost immediately and we were compensated fairly later on in our stay. The room was cozy but didn’t look much lke the picture. No complaints though, it
