Shower was dirty Poor lighting with a tiny tube light in bathroom Window was unlocked when we got there. Please lock windows b4 customer comes in

We felt taken care of as we needed a last minute stay. Anthony and the rest of the staff were very helpful getting us to the lodge quickly and safely. Our rooms were clean, and comfortable.

I thought the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The area around the property is questionable. It's close to several restaurants and stores but I would not recommend walking to these locations. We didn't have a car but depended on friends and family to drive us around.

False advertising. Lies about airport shuttle. Scheduled ahead of time and during stated hours. Inly filter i used when booking was free airport transportation, now that lies cost me extra miney and should have stayed with an honest lodge. I want reimbursed for the tranpirtation costs.

First time in my life, and I travel a lot, that I left a place immediately after I got to my room. My room wreaked of cigaret smoke, and the apology waa that they thought the cleaners have cleaned it. What?? My colleague's room was ás sub-standard. The sign outside shows 4-stars, which must be brought under the attention of the grading council, as thát is far from the truth.. One would expect at least the same quality accommodation, matresses, pillows, freshness and cleanliness, as in other venues, advertised in the same categories. The garden and other features are nothing, as advertised. What to do? Can hotels.com assist in claiming our money back, as this was not me cancelling two rooms without a reason. There is NO way that I would feel comfortable or safe staying there. We were even advised by a staff member to park our cars further down, as it would be safer???
