Olive Garden Hotel

Absolutely recommended vfm all inclusive hotel in Rhodes. The room was spacious and spotless. The food was so yummy. Don't miss the gyros and the pizza...so tasty! Such a big variety of everything! The stuff was really polite and helpful!

Her er en naturlig og flytende oversettelse til engelsk: Our stay at Olive Garden was decent for the price we paid. The highlights were the pool facilities and the water park. The outdoor area by the bar was also very nice. However, the hotel fell well short of what you would expect from a four-star property. When we arrived, we were given a room where the underside of the mattress was covered in mold, and there were ants and insects everywhere. The staff were understanding when we asked to change rooms, but the new room also had a significant insect problem. When I pointed this out, I was simply told that this was something to expect in a ground-floor room. At the water park, I found a dead mouse in the sprinkler area. When I reported it, the staff responded by saying that it was probably fine and that I shouldn’t worry about it. The hotel had a kids’ club, but it was essentially only for Polish-speaking children, as the staff communicated exclusively in Polish. The rooms were decent but worn and very basic. On the positive side, they were well soundproofed. The selection of drinks was disappointing. All cocktails were made using an automated dispensing system. If you wanted more well-known cocktails such as a Mojito or an Aperol Spritz, you had to pay extra. The wine was undrinkable. The buffet offered a good selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. There was also a reasonable variety of food, but very few of the dishes actually tasted goo

Room cleaning was horrible, they never cleaned properly. Just gave new towels and cover sheets. Pool area was fun for the kids, should consider to switch personell and have more people in the main bar where there constantly was a long queue.

I stayed at Olive Garden hotel with my husband and 2 kids (7 and 15) for 8 days and we had a great time! Good food, great personale and service. The facilities were good in general, nice pools, slides, bars, kiosks, etc. Only our room that was simples than expected: the balcony door was difficult to open, the TV didn’t work, and the lock on the bathroom trash bin was broken.

The room was honestly the worst I’ve ever stayed in. We arrived after 11pm and on arrival, we went straight to our room. The block was so uninviting and rundown, I immediately had a sinking feeling. Then on opening the door it was worse than I could have imagined. I expected basic but the room was falling apart. Beds for children felt unsafe.
