No mínimo decepcionante, embora os funcionários tenham sido gentis, tivemos alguns pontos negativos. Começando pelo primeiro quarto, as tomadas não funcionavam, então nos mudaram de quarto. No segundo quarto o ar-condicionado tinha um barulho muito alto, então, ou vc dorme com barulho ou com calor. Se quiser jantar, volta cedo pro hotel, a cozinha aceita pedido apenas até as 20:30, depois disso já não tem jantar. Pra finalizar, o motivo maior de termos escolhido esse hotel, era a piscina, e adivinhem, estava verde e não podia ser usada, pq a pessoa da manutenção n tinha ido ainda, mas ela tava péssima, imagino q estivesse assim a dias. E para finalizar, o checkout q normalmente acontece até 12h, lá é as 11h. Se não tivéssemos visto no painel teríamos atrasado para sair e provavelmente teríamos taxa extra.
