The apartment complex is in a great location, close to restaurants, pubs and shops. However, don’t book for the washer/dryer combo in apt. No drying of clothes happening, just super hot steam. Ended up at a laundromat to dry clothes.

Nice sized clean apartment in a great location near Main lots of restaurants and bars. Dunnes grocery is a 5 minute walk away. Rail station is about 20 minutes walk. Front desk staff are really nice and helpful. Very comfy. Bed is full sized so a bit small. Full kitchen and nice sitting room with large TV. Washer works well but dryer does not dry AT ALL - the clothes dried fasting hanging on the rack than in the dryer. TIP - there is a book on the coffee table with clear appliance instructions - the one in the draw is confusing.

The staff were communicative and responsive. We did not have hot water, but they fixed that right away. The facility was clean, however most of the carpet throughout was quite stained.

Nice place to stay altough you can see that it needs some maintainance or renovation. Wallpaper in the garage came down, in our appartment we could see that it wasn't new anymore. Tidy but a bit old. Nevertheless we had a good time and the staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Stayed here lots of times but this has sadly been the worse . The appartment was tiny , cramped and very noisy due to road noise . Felt quite Claustrophobic . Bed in smaller double room was hard and uncomfortable . Basin in bathroom needed the push down plug sortrd out as water leaked into drain constantly as the plug didnt seal . Shower tray had a large blob and 2 long lines of body washall over it so wasnt sure if it jad been cleaned or not so i did it myself . Oven door glass had fat streaks running down it and bedroom carpets had fluff and dirt still on them in places so.looked like hoovering had been rushed. Streaks and hand marks on.kitchen units . Was all very half heartedly cleaned. Staff are very friendly and lots of items included like wash tablets , tea coffee etc which is very handy so suvh a shame in regards to the other problems we had .

We enjoyed an excellent stay in Killarney at Park Place Apartments. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Parking was easy and conveniently included in the room rate. Our apartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped. There was a 2 day storm and we stayed more than planned at the hotel, and having the spacious and well equipped apartment made a whole lot of a difference. Very convenient base for exploring the National Park and the Peninsulas. Will definitely return when visiting Killarney again.

Decent enough place. Carpet in the bedrooms was soiled and stained, living room furniture needed updating. They did not supply enough towels, which is minor but annoying. But the unit was clean and the location was fabulous! I would stay here again.

Only gave this a 4 star overall because of the musty smell of our unit - we got some odor things and put around which helped. Great location - end of town so not a lot of noise but easily walkable to everything. This is an apartment so no hotel amenities which is what we wanted. Staff was there for checkin and because we were early they kept our luggage for us so that we could walk around town until it was ready.

Love, love, loved the location-right downtown - near all the restaurants and shopping. Parking underneath the apartment was super easy. Tons of room for our family of 4 to spread out. Two minor issues-Wifi worked but was touchy and the showers never really got hot .

Check-in was very easy. Hosts at front desk were extremely kind and friendly. The apartment was so spacious and it was so great to be able to cook and fo laundry. We were able to rest after days of hiking, a nice break from hotels. I highly recommend. Parking is next door and with lots of spaces

The property was overall great and looks just like the pictures. Nice view down the main street. Nice room, all the amenities, etc. The only downside it was HOT and there was no a/c or a fan and the windows only opened a little. I get it, this is not normal in Ireland but times are changing. You need at least fans for the room, especially with the sun beating down. Some people may be just fine with this but it was a sauna from afternoon to sleeping at night. Really uncomfortable. Also, maybe some instructions on how to use the washer/dryer? :)

The layout of property was confusing and difficult. We had heavy luggage and it was difficult to maneuver from building to building. The shower was very small and had a small limited amount of hot water. Everything else was fine.

The apartment was spacious, (bigger than we needed) had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Generous refridgerator and freezer. Were able to do laundry, with the combo and had a clothes rack to dry want can't be heat dryed. Would stay there again.

Outside being a little dated aesthetically and a bit uncomfortable in the living areas, it was fine. However the wifi was weak. Side note, whoever is hanging this art at the height of a giraffe needs to get off the ladder and ground themselves.

The property is in a great spot, plenty of room and walkable to everything we wanted to do in Killarney. The communicated the check in time frame, so we didn't miss the check in time. Aga at the front desk was very responsive and helpful when we had an issue with the dryer. We will stay there again.

This is a great spot, a fab location, and the apartments are very spacious and clean. They have all the home comforts and appliances needed. We had a problem with the hot water not working and it was dealt with really quickly, a plumber was sent within an hour and he repaired the boiler. The staff are lovely too!! We will definitely stay here again

This is a nice property in Killarney I would stay at again. Only about 2-3 blocks from main tourist part of town with excellent restaurants and Tesco - so location was great. I was confused by their procedures - they said check-in was from 3-6pm which was fine and the desk was unmanned other than that. I had no idea who to call if we had issues which we did the 1st night when the radiators had not been set on prior to our arrival as it was cold and rainy and then had a hard time getting them working as it was after 6pm. Also front door kets did not work 3rd night for any guest however we could get in through the garage. The unit we were in was partially wheelchair accessible - hard to get around due to some widths like near bed however workable. The wheelchair parking spot very awkward - hard to get out of due to columns so we ended up not using it. You need a 2nd person to get parking gate open for you. As a disabled person I could not get out of car, push button and into car before gate closed again. So that part needs fixing if you are wanting to advertise or attract more mobility challenged guests.

good location, apartment was clean. they called me several times while abroad to tell me my card declined and they would cancel my reservation even though the reservations said pay upon check in, which they ran my card with out my knowledge successfully I might add, at check in. no reason to call me and tell me my card is declining and I have to call asap or my reservation is canceled. added much stress to my trip. they also NEEDED to know the exact moment I would be checking in 24 hrs in advance. a little hard to do when traveling. close to downtown shops.

Communication - was terrible from the start. I had tried to respond to the front desk about our arrival time for (3) months prior to our stay given their very limited check in hours from 3-6pm only and knowing we may not be able to arrive withing those tight constraints. I reached out to respond to their inquiry via Expedia messaging (which I have done for many other locations across the country without an issue) AND with direct email and responded to their emails more than 3 times, yet they never acknowledged my reply about our arrival and instead called me multiple times when I cannot use the phone while abroad. This all could have been settled prior to our arrival if they checked their email and handled it all electronically. It wasn't until after I arrived that they told me they could leave a key in a lock box for me, but that should have been communicated instantly via email when we booked. Blinds - not functional in the living room - husband purchased a screwdriver to fix over 30 minutes Recessed lighting - 1 was dangling from the ceiling over the T.V....husband fixed over 15 minutes Wifi - completely non-functional 1st day 2nd bath for twin bedded room - shower adjust loose - just spins, cannot regulate water temp..s
Communication - was terrible from the start. I had tried to respond to the front desk about our arrival time for (3) months prior to our stay given their very limited check in hours from 3-6pm only and knowing we may not be able to arrive withing those tight constraints. I reached out to respond to their inquiry via Expedia messaging (which I have done for many other locations across the country without an issue) AND with direct email and responded to their emails more than 3 times, yet they never acknowledged my reply about our arrival and instead called me multiple times when I cannot use the phone while abroad. This all could have been settled prior to our arrival if they checked their email and handled it all electronically. It wasn't until after I arrived that they told me they could leave a key in a lock box for me, but that should have been communicated instantly via email when we booked. Blinds - not functional in the living room - husband purchased a screwdriver to fix over 30 minutes Recessed lighting - 1 was dangling from the ceiling over the T.V....husband fixed over 15 minutes Wifi - completely non-functional 1st day 2nd bath for twin bedded room - shower adjust loose - just spins, cannot regulate water temp..s

Beware hotel has minimal staffed hours at desk and will make it incredibly difficult to check in any later. We contacted ahead to let them know we couldn’t make it by then as our ferry wouldn’t arrive and needed the lock box details. These were never shared, and needed hotels.com customer service to help. When we arrived, our lock box was empty. It was only by good fortune that a staff member was walking by and helped us. Turns out they’d given our room to somebody else! We got keys for a different room for that night and were told to go down in the morning between 9 and 6 to get keys for the second night. We delayed our plans for the day to do so, and I was greeted by the rudest interaction, as if somehow I was in the wrong for them giving my keys to somebody else. The rudest interaction I’ve ever had at a hotel, and absolutely shocking to give my room to somebody else. Credit where credit is due it’s a nice place to stay and was comfortable. But wouldn’t recommend if you have plans between 9-6 and need to deal with reception.

Anne and Piret in reception were fantastic and so helpful. When they saw i was on a cane and not a young person, they found us another apartment without stairs, it was obviously an upgrade and much appreciated by us. They helped with our luggage and in any way they could. Would definitely stay again!!

The property is in a great location. Easily walkable to dining, shopping, and tour meeting locations. The apartment we stayed in was well appointed with everything we needed. The town of Killarney is very clean. We felt very safe there.

Très pratique et fonctionnel. Le logement est au coeur de killarney avec parking couvert et a 10mn a pied de l'entrée du parking national. Appartement duplex (attention jeunes enfants) un peu daté, mais de qualité et propre.

We stayed three nights and wifi didn’t work from check-in to check-out. We travelled abroad and relied on hotel wifi. So it was a big problem. Apart from that, everything was good, especially underground parking and cleanness are good.

Booked 1 bed standard appt as photos on site show nice spacious bedroom and separate lounge/kitchen. Reality is bedroom is so small that gap between bottom of bed and wall is about 15cm and room is angled so corner of bed is up against wall. One person needs to climb over the other to get bin and out of bed. Door can’t open fully because bed is in way. Likewise need to squeeze sideways into en-suite because small gap between sink and door. Also Only 1 of 4 downlighters worked in en-suite, 2 of 3 in bathroom and one in the lounge area was hanging down and flickering. There is a small round table with 2 chairs in the kitchen area and not the much larger rectangular table and chairs in the photos. I questioned the discrepancy between the photos on the site and reality and was told the pictures were of the penthouse despite being attached to standard room. Strangely there is a 2nd small section single bedroom in the 1 bed spot, which is just as well as the main bedroom doesn’t have any floor space other than standing room one side of bed. Wouldn’t recommend.
