This is our second stay at Cape Nidhra we love this hotel for the location, friendly staff and the beautiful rooms. We had the garden pool room and it was excellent having a plunge pool access. The hotel grounds are absolutely tranquil and lush!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Cape Nidhra Hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish - truly a 10/10 experience. The service was exceptional, the cleanliness impeccable, and every member of the staff was warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful. The hotel is a peaceful oasis, yet perfectly located with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The facilities are top-notch - our private pool suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and provided the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. A special thank you to Phimol, Sub, Tong & Fon for the outstanding service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And the two great guys working in the pool area! Your attentiveness and kindness made every meal even more enjoyable. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes (european and asian). We also truly appreciated the extra attention to detail and the personalized service throughout our stay. Staffs were friendly. The rooms were clean, private, and quiet. We had troubles with the AC in one of the rooms. We notified the front desk on our way out for dinner. They sent someone to check the AC while we were out. AC was nice and cool when we came back. Everything was good. The breakfast was good but could be better with better food selections because this is a 5 star hotel.

Upon check-in, hotel staff insisted on signing again for 3 nights accommodation (this is not deposit for additional expenses), citing its backdated and hotel policy. I am not allowed to check-in unless I sign. If this is the policy, hotels.com cannot deduct payment before my arrival. I made long distance call back to bank, who advice against signing. I took a copy and send to my bank to keep a record since they refused to allow me to check-in though I paid for full amount. I expect throughout investigation and feedback. Hotels.com to be held responsible as booking and payment made through your platform. B. 會選擇這間是因為到布吉住過這集團的酒店，華欣一樣沒讓人失望！酒店十分有特色很漂亮，而且酒店內就能通往華欣海灘十分方便，景色也很漂亮！ 酒店位置也滿方便的，如果願意走路的話，其實十多分鐘就能走到Hua Hin Market Village，華欣車站和夜市我也是走過去的，路程距離也不是特別遠，很容易走！ 職員態度十分親切，所有職員只要看到客人都會打招呼！餐廳職員也很好他們都會推薦食物給我！ 不過酒店內可能因為都是樹木的關係，房間内其實難免也會有昆蟲，但這方面我覺得不是酒店的問題，是真的沒辦法避免啦，但如果害怕的人在房間可能要注意小心，特別是晚上時間，我原本打算到露台休息，但因為晚上特別多爬蟲，所以立刻關門不敢出去了… 整體來說十分推薦這間酒店，而且泳池的部分很特別，酒店也很漂亮整個環境都很舒適！

While the hotel is very nice, the service is not that great and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. The hotel rooms are also beocming a little dated. It's a nice hotel but it is not worth being one of the most expensive hotels in Hua Hin especially when there are newer and nicer hotels in the town.

Staffs were friendly. The rooms were clean, private, and quiet. We had troubles with the AC in one of the rooms. We notified the front desk on our way out for dinner. They sent someone to check the AC while we were out. AC was nice and cool when we came back. Everything was good. The breakfast was good but could be better with better food selections because this is a 5 star hotel.

1. HOTEL POLICY ON PAYMENT A. Hotel prepaid with confirmation from credit card company. Upon check-in, hotel staff insisted on signing again for 3 nights accommodation (this is not deposit for additional expenses), citing its backdated and hotel policy. This is our second stay at Cape Nidhra we love this hotel for the location, friendly staff and the beautiful rooms. We had the garden pool room and it was excellent having a plunge pool access. The hotel grounds are absolutely tranquil and lush!

會選擇這間是因為到布吉住過這集團的酒店，華欣一樣沒讓人失望！酒店十分有特色很漂亮，而且酒店內就能通往華欣海灘十分方便，景色也很漂亮！ 酒店位置也滿方便的，如果願意走路的話，其實十多分鐘就能走到Hua Hin Market Village，華欣車站和夜市我也是走過去的，路程距離也不是特別遠，很容易走！ 職員態度十分親切，所有職員只要看到客人都會打招呼！餐廳職員也很好他們都會推薦食物給我！ 不過酒店內可能因為都是樹木的關係，房間内其實難免也會有昆蟲，但這方面我覺得不是酒店的問題，是真的沒辦法避免啦，但如果害怕的人在房間可能要注意小心，特別是晚上時間，我原本打算到露台休息，但因為晚上特別多爬蟲，所以立刻關門不敢出去了… 整體來說十分推薦這間酒店，而且泳池的部分很特別，酒店也很漂亮整個環境都很舒適！

On arrival the staff were very attentive bringing cold towel drinks and cakes , showed to our room and explained where everything was , room was replenished two or three times a day as needed water , towels coffee and tea etc Pool area was clean and well serviced straight onto the beach from the pool area lovely clean sands and warm sea Breakfast was sensational excellent choice of food again staff were very good All in all an excellent hotel would highly recommend .
