Good to have free laundry services but advise them to have better control for guests using it. A hotel guest at Rm#17x5 used two dryers (total of 4 there) for more than 4 hours on 25 April. One machine had only 8 pieces of clothes there. He was totally inconsiderate and also spent 5 minutes in folding his clothes one by one despite the fact I had been waiting for his machine for an hour.

A simple hotel that has what we needed. A good variety of breakfast, for both Western and Asian pallets. We were very pleased with the fact that they have parking in the garage, on a first come, first served basis. When we first arrived, by car, there was only one spot left but it was too tight. The guy in the reception then ran down and moved some scooters to make more room. That's great service. My only complaint is that I would have preferred a proper door to the bathroom.

Hotel very well kept, breakfast is free and so good with different dishes served every day. Front lobby area has various free little snacks to nibble on. Area is in residential area so not too convenient to public transportation but we used taxi every day and front desk is very nice to call for taxi for us every day. My parents and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights stay here end of October. This is the 2nd time I stayed at this location and I will continue to stay here when I visit Taipei.

Over overwhelming bleach smell in the room made me sick with headache within 10 minutes I went to complain to the concierge staffs about the hazard chemical smell and then check out the hotel. Plus the room window is closely three feet directed facing rotten rusted tin roofs of neighborhood drawling. Horrify place.

The room was cleaned everyday. The room keepers did well and there was no dust left behind. Breakfast was well served. If I came to Taipei the next time , I would probably stay in this hotel again. It’s worth staying.

Our room was clean but the bathroom was great. Terrific shower and amenities. The staff was extremely helpful in helping us when an item was lost at the airport. They followed up and found it and provided us with details of how to recover it. Staff went out of their way to be helpful - above and beyond the normal services rendered.

New and clean hotel which is up to my satisfaction. All the utencils inside the room are very clean. The air conditioner is good. The shower is very very strong. The wifi is fine too. The bed and pillows are very very comfortable. I do not want to leave the room. They provide shampoo, bath gel and all other necessary acessories including bottrle water and slippers. There is 24 hours free laundry at the ground floor. The breakfast is excellent. There is variety of food. The food is very tasteful. They will change some other types of food every day. There are many bus stops nearby. It needs only 3 minutes walking distance to the nearest. There is convenience shop at the side of the hotel. All the stafffs are very very kind and helpful. It is one of the best hotels and you won‘t regret for having booking it. I like this hotel very much and sure will be back in next time. Thank you !

Service was top notch. I would like to single out Ruby, Tony, and Alex, who have clearly showed genuine assistance, be it with directions or ordering take outs and deliveries. The breakfast staff was equally helpful, and with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable. And I liked their complimentary munchies. The hotel location was not perfect but restaurants and shopping were all within easy walking distance. Taxis and Uber services were actually quite reasonable, so we used them frequently. After three days at the hotel, we left there with much satisfaction, feeling we had great service and accommodation. Thank you to all the staff at Dandy Hotel.

Hotel in convenient location in the Tianmu area where all the international schools are, in an affluent neighborhood. It is clean, modern and value for money. The reception can improve their service as they don’t make any effort to say hello or bye whenever you pass by them to get to the elevator. There is also a Starbucks and a cute coffee/ pastry shop Lvtetia nearby. Check in is 3pm so be aware.

The hotel staff are all very nice and helpful except the one I ran into during check-in. Thumbs up to the staff at breakfast, they ran the place very well despite overcrowding at times. Overall this is a very good choice for those who need to stay in Shillin while visiting Taipei.

We stayed for about 2 weeks and the Dandy hotel in Tianmu was excellent! Hotel staff & amenities were great! The only down side is the MRT station is not very close, but if you can learn the bus then it’s not too bad.

最寄りのMRTの駅、明なんとか駅からタクシーで75元、運転手さんにホテルの写真のページを見せると「ダンディ、OK」とすぐに通じました。部屋は清潔感あり、アメニティも揃ってました。シャワーの水圧も充分。最寄り駅まで徒歩で15分くらい、夕方と夜にGoogleマップに従ってあるくとても良い雰囲気の街歩きができたのでオススメです。士林夜市も１本です。朝食も日本のビジホ並みに色々あり、満足でした。食後にフロントで故宮博物院までのタクシーを呼んでもらいましたが、親切でスムーズでした。ちなみに故宮博物院まで120元だったと思います。ちょっと怪しいですが、200元しなかったことは確かです。機会があればまた利用したいです。

I chose this place was because it was close to where I grew up. But what i didn’t know was it’s very convenient to get anywhere I wanted to go even though there’s no subway station nearby. Walking to the closest subway station would be a nice walk to experience Taiwan.

conveniently located to family we were visiting, good value for the price, clean, quiet, peaceful setting, friendly, kind, helpful staff, excellent cleaning and upkeep of the rooms and property and dining area. Breakfast was plentiful, well stocked. Salad could use more vegetables, but was dominated by lettuce. Some more variety for western pallets for the breakfast would also be appreciated.
