I am a regular customer at Park Plaza Soi 18, and the team has been great as always. This time I mostly interacted with Antonio and Pean at concierge, who helped in several ways. My last stay was very good, with the only exception that their rooftop pool was closed for a day due to a private party, and that was a little inconvenient.

Beautiful rooms and convenient to terminal 21 in the surrounding area. There’s a wonderful restaurant next-door called Palm 18 which you should definitely check out. My only complaints is that the pool does not get very warm due to the fact of the trees that were planted between the sun and the pool

De prijs/kwaliteit van dit hotel klopt gewoon. Heerlijk rooftop zwembad. Nette kamers met fijne bedden en een goede douche. En het ontbijt is goed. De bediening bij het ontbijt is zeer behulpzaam en Antonio de conciërge is ook erg aardig en meedenkend. Fijne locatie, dichtbij metro, skytrain en Terminal 21.

Booked this last minute and so glad i did! I wanted somewhere central with a great pool area and thats what park plaza delivered. Pool and outdoor area is gorgeous and unlike some hotel pools, this one gets the sun most of the day as its not shadowed by skyscrapers. The staff are so lovely and helpful, in particular the reception and concierge. Food and drink at the pool bar was very good and reasonably priced. Pool towels are provided and theres also a gym and massage available. I'd definitely come back!

Great hotel! Easy walk to the train station. The best part is they offer massage services to your room! The price is the same as the neighbouring massage parlours. After a long day of shopping my wife and I used to book an appointment and they came to our room. This was the stand out feature for us. It is our second time in this hotel and we will surely be back on our next trip too!

Avoid this place. It looks like a bargain. We booked seven nights but checked out after one. We were kept awake by a party going on to 0400, we reported it to security but they did nothing. We complained in the morning and were shown another room on a different floor. We moved our bags only to come back to a cockroach in the bathroom. I checked the shower drain and there was an infestation of them. We had to fight our case to get a refund. The management could care less. It’s a dirty grubby old hotel

The hotel is a little dated by Thai standards. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming, which is a bonus. However the air conditioning in my room was turning on and off intermittently and it was very noisy every time it came on. It was either very cold or warm, nothing really in between. There were also mosquitoes in the room. The sheets felt like they were never completely dry. You could hear people in the hallways, especially the cleaning staff who liked to have long conversations outside the room. The soap bottle in the shower was empty upon checking in and was never refilled, despite the room being made up daily. This room also had something that I don’t like in hotels across Asia, a showered with a big window that overlooks the bed. The see through blind that was supposed to provide privacy was inadequate. The rooftop pool and bar area was very nice and the location of the hotel itself was decent with a few nice restaurants and massage shops nearby.

チェックイン時の部屋が臭かったので部屋を変える要望も聞いてくれたりサービスは良かったです。設備は割と古めですね。カーテンがカビてたり、枕カバーもカビてた。安いし立地も悪くないので私は我慢出来ます。白人客が多いかな。周りも白人向けの店が多いい印象。

When checking in the clerk, with a very big smile informed me they had upgraded my room. A junior suite with a nice city view. Sounds great. When I got to the room, the bathroom smelled like raw sewage. There was obviously a sewage leak somewhere. That’s when I realized the clerk was not smiling, he was laughing thinking he was clever. I have to agree, he is so clever that he just lost a customer that has been staying at Park Plaza hotels in Bangkok for over 20 years. In 20 years I’ve always enjoyed my time at the various Park Plaza hotels I stayed at but this was beyond acceptable.

Pleased that the hotel Is off the main road down the sou room was quiet but still walkable to all transportation. Dining and shopping Hotel is clean, not the most updated but staff, cleanliness and quietness make up for being the newest hotel on the block Thank you to the staffs, breakfast/dining staff

Located just off the main road in Soi 18 this location is perfect to walk to the BTS, the Malls and Cowboy Soi if thats what you are looking for. The staff is great, the upstairs bar and happy hour are awesome. I did need to get laundry done which was a little confusing but mainly a language thing. I found that the location gave me a great walkable location to all the major locations, and an inexpensive hub for use of grab/bolt. The room I got was massive and very well priced. The bed was firm but comfortable.

The property is in a good location being a short walk from the bts and malls. Reception staff however were sometimes unfriendly, the property is aging quite bad and poorly decorated, the air con is not configurable and switches between hot and cold randomly. The concierge however were wonderful, and the shower water was plentiful.

Stayed in the Junior Suite with view and was very large (asked for ungrade but was already there best room) for Junior suite - close to 500 sq ft. Great bathroom with tub and wall of windows. Nice area of Bangkok to stay at and close to air train.

The room was simple but had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our time at the pool and rooftop, it was a great atmosphere. Also close to many things and the restaurant was really good as well, best Indian food I’ve ever had. Also had a miscommunication with laundry but the manager was quick to act and was able to help us out which we greatly appreciated! Overall great experience!

A very nice place to stay. The room was very spacious and had plenty of amenities including a coffee machine. The bathroom was very well presented with everything you need. The staff are amazing at this hotel, very friendly and helpful.

An amazing stay at this hotel! The staff, from the new Assistant Manager, Breeze, to all the wonderful reception staff, the front hall staff, the maids, and the breakfast staff, all very hospitable and very attentive. I stay the previous week and enjoyed the hotel and its location, I reserved a new reservation. The Park Plaza will be my go to hotel when staying in Bangkok. Couple of recommendations: 1. Consider adding bathrobes in the rooms. 2. Consider adding Netflix and YouTube channels in all rooms

The hotel had issues from the start Had to wait for room and then there attitude started It was like they were doing me a favor They people did not not understand English I had to cut my stay short due to the death of my mother I had paid in advance. I can reiterate enough after multiple stays at this hotel. The staff are unbelievable! Everyone I encountered gave excellent service. The maids, lobby staff, restaurant staff members, were all very personable. The room was wonderful, including the bed, and the bathroom. One negative is the limited TV stations, with no Netflix. I was told that hotel has started to purchase a limited amount of Smart TV’s for the rooms. Hopefully they will be in all rooms soon. I will continue using The Park Plaza which is in a great location on Soi 18.

Just reminder for everyone to make sure secure your belongings inside the room. My son just experienced someone went inside our room and checking our belongings even though we had signed that DO NOT Disturb. House keeper still went inside the room while my son was inside the bathroom and you can see from inside to outside the bathroom what’s going on due to a glass wall. I did reported the incident to the manager and never heard back from them.

Excellent service. Great location……5 min to Asok BTS station and 10 min walk to a lovely park in the middle of the city. The room was well appointed and neat. All in all an outstanding experience.

Disappointing stay — not VIP standard at all Booked under their so-called VIP access, but there was absolutely nothing “VIP” about the experience. Service and standards barely even match a 3-star property. The hotel is inconvenient for wheelchair users and lacks proper accessibility. Check-in was slow and chaotic, handled by rude and indifferent front desk staff. No basic welcome or information was provided (e.g. Wi-Fi, breakfast directions), and when asked later, we were met with sarcastic remarks like “Why didn’t you ask earlier?” — especially from a female staff member in a coat with long hair whose attitude made us feel extremely unwelcome. Cleanliness was below standard: bathroom tiles looked like they hadn’t been scrubbed in ages, towels were torn and worn, and overall hygiene was poor. Guests are expected to run around themselves just to get basic items like toothbrushes or even a plastic chair — everything is self-service, with zero initiative from staff even when they know you have mobility needs. Check-out was just as inefficient — you’ll be made to stand awkwardly at the counter while housekeeping “inspects” your room before they let you leave. To be fair, their doorman and male staff members were the only ones who treated guests with genuine respect and helped to compensate for the shortcomings of the rest of the team. No perks, no warmth, and certainly no VIP treatment. For the price charged, this was a very disappointing stay. If you expect courtesy stay.

It's just a 5-minute walk from the main road to Soi 18, but the hotel's right in the heart of Sukhumvit! Tons of restaurants and 7-Elevens are nearby, and Terminal 21, Soi Cowboy, and the BTS Asoke station are all about a 10-minute walk away. Plus, the staff are super friendly and helpful, always willing to help.

Excellent, clean, nicely furnished hotel on quiet Street in busy Sukhumvit neighborhood. Family friendly location as some streets in Sukhumvit can be very busy, loud, adult oriented. Very friendly, attentive staff- always VERY helpful. Excellent hot breakfast with many Asian and Western food chioces. Concierge suggested and booked wonderful dinner cruise on Chao Prayha river. Everything was taken care of for a party of 10 people. Highly recommend this hotel when staying in Bangkok!

Gute Unterkunft an der Sukhumvit. Nähe zu Asok ist super. Restaurants, Shops, Malls, BTS, MRT alles zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zimmer sind gut und geräumig. Frühstück in Ordnung. Es ist eines der kleineren Hotels, trotzdem empfehlenswert.

We had such a delightful stay at Park Plaza! It was our first time in Bangkok and the staff was so helpful in guiding us on where to eat and what to do. Brian & Oui were so kind and helpful! Also this location was prime as it was walkable to a lot of restaurants & malls and close to trains. Wir verbrachten 5 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Lage in einer ruhigen Soi von Sukhumvit in der Nähe von BTS, Metro & Terminal 21. Toller Poolbereich mit schönem Ambiente zum Entspannen. Der Frühstücksbereich wird gerade renoviert, weshalb das Buffet im Seminarraum aufgebaut ist. Das Personal gibt sich große Mühe und ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

The concierge staff are helpful and welcoming. Big thanks to OUI and SEK for helping me order perfume and keep tracking the order for me to ensure I can receive it before I leave. Amazing service. Breakfast is good, but with limited variety. I think some amenities should undergo maintenance, as I have had a night with no hot water. However, the front desk staff are friendly and immediately send someone to check. Overall, it was a wonderful trip and I will definitely be back if I visit Thailand again
