our stay here..we came with our family to enjoy the Renaissance festival. Rooms were nice and clean, beds were comfortable and the room was nice and cool. Ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. Only thing I was bummed about was no.hot tub after a long day of walking but would definitely stau here again

We stayed here on me and my friends annual Valley fair trip (we live about five hours away). The hotel we normally stay in was booked, which happened to us last year as well and we got scammed hardcore on our last hotel so I didn’t really mind spending a little more here. For some reason none of my cards would work at the hotel when we checked in, which was very stress inducing but the woman checking us in was so helpful! She let us pay for one night at a time & it worked. I don’t know what we would’ve done without her. Breakfast was basic but good, lots of space that gave it a restaurant feel. It was amazingly clean, a little secluded but once you found it it’s easy to get there. My complaints were 1) no hot tub 2) no bath tub 3) the bathroom didn’t have an actual door, just a swinging barn type of door, which made it extremely awkward cause you could hear every noise coming on both sides. At the end of the day tho very nice hotel, will most likely be staying here again! 4/5 stars

Great place to stay with a family. Hotel was clean, well maintained and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent for being included. Pool was a decent size and water was warm, which was great! The staff was friendly. Location was good as well, lots of dining options in the area. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom door in your room does not lock,it's just a sliding door. Having kids and a sliding door that's not lockable means no privacy, ever! LOL Minor item, definitely did not affect our stay, just something to note.

The workers were friendly. The hotel was clean. Unfortunately, our room had an overwhelming air freshener scent that gave me an immediate migraine. It was clearly sprayed before our arrival. Since the windows didn't open, there was no way to get rid of the scent. I was left with a migraine which put a bid damper on the weekend plans.

Great place to stay with a family. Hotel was clean, well maintained and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent for being included. Pool was a decent size and water was warm, which was great! Room was a lake view, which was lovely and worth the extra cost. Room was very clean and the whole hotel was very clean. Check in and out was very rapid. Breakfast was the usual Hampton inn breakfast, well stocked. Never any wait for the elevator and loading carts were available.

Cute little spot right on the lake. Close to food and shopping. Comfy bed and linens. Very clean. Downside was the stomping above us, the room was tiny, and they left a letter stating someone would be in our room between 8-5 to do maintenence to the ac. Thought that was weird.

Struggled to learn the TV remote...Chanels organized alpha instead of by number. Turned off the HVAC unit and still too warm for sleeping. Didn't want to use AC because of the noise. Quilt cover way too warm. Breakfast always great...maybe your best attribute!

It’s no wonder this Hampton is well rated. It was super new and clean. The staff was awesome. The rooms were well appointed. It was a great stay. Wish I would have used the pool. It looked awesome but we just had no time.

Arrived very late but was greeted warmly by Tresha. Check-in was efficient and room was SPARKLING clean, as was entire facility. Spacious room, comfortable bed, great TV...I could go on & on. Without question, the best Hampton Inn I have had the pleasure of visiting.

My son and I had the best mama son staycation at Hampton Inn Eden Prairie last night! Very clean, staff were extremely attentive and kind, pool was great, room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast had a lot of options! We will definitely stay here again.

Terrible experience at this hotel. We booked a 2 queen room for a baseball tournament with our team. We got checked in and went to our room to find that they switched us to a king room with a sofa bed. When we went to ask about the switch, the only reason they gave us was that the hotel overbooked and the general manager switched the room. When we told them we didn't want the king room the receptionist at the front desk asked "why can't your kids sleep on the sofa bed?" When we asked if we could talk to the general manager we were told no. Another family in our group got moved to a completely different hotel. Overall was just not a good experience for us

We were there for 2 nights. I asked for fresh towels and the bed to be made for the next day at the front desk. The man said, "I gocha" meaning that it would be done while we were gone. We came back and nothing was done. The hotel was very nice in appearance and the staff seemed very attentive.

On-line app checkin is a joke. Just didn't work. When I got there the night desk person required my credit card again for a security deposit. I told her I already had a card on file, but that wasn't good enough. I tried to tap then chip read the card I used, but that failed. For security, my business card has no numbers printed on it, and the desk agent wouldn't accept it. I had to give her another card with visible numbers, which she couldn't read anyway. And she manually entered the number. Now, I'm concerned there was a manual copy made of my card number and it's out in the wild. So now I have to monitor my bank account for fraud. The room was clean and quiet, but very average. The problem is, I regularly pay 30-50% less than this rate for similar rooms, so this was NOT a good price or value. Breakfast also was average, not great, barely adequate. Soggy limp bacon, dry eggs, etc.

Great place to stay before we went to the Renaissance Festival. Nicely located so it’s quiet yet some shopping not far away. We were located on the side of the lake which is very calming and beautiful. Staff was very nice, didn’t need them outside of check in. Breakfast was amazing, They had pretty much anything you desired.

We came for the Cece Winans concert andstaued at the Hampton Inn in Eden Prairie and everything was amazing! The staff is super nice and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and seating area is nice, cozy and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel!!

This was the perfect hotel for a getaway with my wife. The staff was amazing and helpful. The location was quite accessible and had a lake view room (ok, more of a well kept drainage pond vs a real lake, but better than any other twin cities hotel I’ve stayed at). Our main goal was to escape children, hook a switch up to the tv and relax with a few drinks. The ease of hooking up a gaming system was huge and much appreciated. Then there was breakfast. This was the best hotel breakfast spread I’ve had in a long time, and they were constantly bringing out fresh food until we walked out 5 minutes before breakfast was scheduled to end. This hotel is now our go to location when staying in the Twin Cities. Thank you!!
