The property is well maintained, the scenery outside my window has gorgeous greenery and mature pine trees. Staff is accommodating. We will definitely comeback to this hotel.

Nice place to stay in Baguio. You’re surrounded by nature and a golf course. Quiet and beautiful scenery. Most staff was welcoming. Jacuzzi is separated by female and male. Outside area is beautiful.

Mountain Views atmosphere is so beautiful and relaxing and the property has that. The staffs are so accommodating and friendly.

We recently stayed at The Manor in Baguio City, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! Ambiance: The hotel exudes charm with its timeless architecture and cozy, warm interiors. Surrounded by lush pine trees, the ambiance was relaxing, perfect for a getaway from the city. Rooms: Our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved the stunning view of the gardens and the city. Service: The staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled seamlessly. Dining: The food at Le Chef was exceptional! The breakfast buffet offered a variety of fresh and delicious options, and the dinner menu was just as delightful. Amenities: The Manor’s gardens were a highlight of our stay. We also enjoyed the spa and fitness facilities, which added to the relaxing vibe of the place. Location: Nestled in Camp John Hay, the hotel is conveniently located but still feels tucked away in nature. It’s close to Baguio’s attractions yet peaceful and serene. The ambiance and the environment

They have no AC. i cant sleep without it so i asked for tower fans instead which was free. staff was polite and some of the female personnel were pleasant.. not all of them. the rooms are nice and large, with traditional decor brown furnishings and had a hairblower and a ref. walking around the hotel was nice and has easy access to scout's trail and camp john hay forest, but to visit other baguio tourist spots ud definitely need a rental car/driver like we had. the hotel had a shuttle which we used when we went to the night market but we had to wait a little and it wasnt free. also, theres no smoking is baguio and this hotel's smoking spot is all the way down the hill or somethng. suffice to say, my spouse complained of the long walk all the time lol

Most of the staff are friendly and are helpful with getting taxi service. Breakfast is not included and while I did pay for one breakfast buffet pass, the food was limited and the quality was a little lacking. The facilities and rooms need some updating. The shower ran out of water on the last two days of my trip. Housekeeping was efficient

The garden area and restaurant were excellent with matching service levels.

The only thing that I don't like is that there are cockroaches in the restroom. Otherwise, our overall experience was great and we love the holiday theme. Buffet was great as well.

The hotel itself and cleanliness is profoundly excellent. But the service and the stuff are dissapoimting. Two TV and blow dry in our suite are not working. 2 hours delayed for check in. So expensive for the dissapointing service.

It’s not the same quality as it used to be. The bathroom tiles are so old. Very pathetic that shampoo and hand soap were terribly diluted. The pumps of the dispensers were not working. The drivers’ quarters was designed like a morgue freezer. What happened to you, The Manor?

We really enjoyed our stay at The Manor at Camp John Hay. Staff are respectful and courteous and dressed properly. I just found it noisy because the windows have to be opened as there is no air conditioning. The sound of vehicles outside and the people talking can be heard so loud.

It just needs an aircon in the rooms. Ceiling fan is not enough.

This is an institution! The building has so much history. However, we were given a room above the reception and the restaurant. It was very noisy. We had to ask to be transferred to a room at the back which we did the 2nd night. There was a wedding and a golf tournament. When these events happen they should not use these rooms. The music lasted long after 10 pm and stopped around 10:45 pm after I called the front desk but the customers kept carrying on. We had a very bad first night.

Overall The Manor is still a classy and elegant place to stay in. What i didnt like is during the evening there was a wedding and the noise is audible in the room Until 10PM. I hope hotel doesn’t allow events on the garden due to noise in the rooms. The staff were courteous except for the one in the front desk which took a lot of time during check in because probably she was new. What i did not like also was that i find the “extra person” charge misleading. I thought extra person will not be charged if not using extra bed as what one reservations officer told me (I clarified this day before checking in so i was surprised upon chek in on a different statement). If you use the same bed, extra person will still be charged (in excess of two). Be mindful as breakfast is not yet inculded in the room rate. Overall still a pleasant stay except for some nuisances which could have been avoided. Appreciate the accommodation extended to us .

Checking in was slow but efficient, checking out was a hassle (took 30 minutes to do so at 5:30am). Imagine entering your hotel room with a random person’s phone charging by the bathroom (finding out later that it’s the room cleaner’s, no apologies given). They even forgot to provide us free drinking water which they tried to charge us upon checking out. Room was average as there’s no AC. Even with the windows open and the ceiling fan on, we were sweating all night. Extra hard to find taxi or ride in this hotel. It was just an overnight stay, and we left feeling disappointed. Been to Baguio multiple times and stayed in different hotels before, not worth paying $$. Sorry, but we’re not coming back.

It was a wonderful Christmas experience at the Manor. Service was great from pre-check in, right down to leaving the hotel.

I liked the excellent service from the staff - especially Jon at the desk - she was very kind and helpful- the porters at the front door were also very good and extremely respectful in helping us to and from our room.

Our booking didnt show on their system right away.but was fixed after a few minites.Otherwise,it’s a great experience

Despite the downpour outside, the ambiance within the hotel made our holiday feel bright and cozy. The design and atmosphere transformed what could have been a gloomy day into an intimate and serene retreat. A special mention must go to their Lost & Found department. After mistakenly leaving behind my MacBook charger, the team promptly mailed it to my Manila address, saving me from much stress and inconvenience. All in all, this hotel is not just a place to stay, but an experience in itself. Highly recommended for anyone seeking more than just a room for the night!

Management did not honor reservation and gave me a substitute that was inferior to what was requested or paid for. They also made me wait 3 hours to resolve the issue while we were at the lobby and very uncomfortable without apologies. I spoke to manager who was not much help. The room given to me was cheap looking and did not look like what I expected from this place which was the most expensive in the area. Overall, a bad experience

Staff was super helpful. Specifically the front of house or check in manager, JR. But the amenities were good, the place was quiet when the Christmas festivities were concluded, the food was excellent as was the entirety of the staff. Will definitely stay again. Thank you!
