The staff were lovely people! The hotel itself feels a bit dated for the rate it is, overall had a nice experience.

Staff at the restaurant, especially the ladies at the restaurant reception rejected to serve us food at 9:00 pm when the restaurant says is open until 10 pm. the basically shut the lights off until i went to complain to the from desk. when you are paying Almost $1500 usd a night for an all inclusive package you don’t expect this treatment

It was perfect for us. Excellent service from all staff. Very clean. Beach clean. Small but lovely beach. Food mostly good. We preferred the buffet in the evening rather than the al a carte. Watersports were great for our 15 year old. Spa was was great for my husband. The beach was great for swimming and relaxing for me.
