Very limited choice of food, bartender you are luky if you find him. Waited till the end of the meal to have a glass of wine and we hv been told they are so buzy when the hotel is nearly empty. Entertainment is very poor.

Bonjour, Tout d'abord, il y a une boite de nuit en face de l'hôtel et nos chambres étaient en face de la boite de nuit. Musique à fond et laser lumineux jusqu'à 4h30. Oreiller avec des taches rouges, serviettes avec du sang, serviettes trempées. Du sable dans le lit et dans la salle de bain. La climatisation d'une des deux chambres ne fonctionnait pas. 35 minutes d'attente pour avoir nos chambres à l'arrivée, alors qu'il n'y avait qu'une seule personne avant nous. L'hôtel est joli, la piscine est belle, mais pour nous, cela s'arrête là. Bonne journée. Christophe

Nous avons passé un séjour extrat. Hôtel 4 étoiles mais en vaut 5 . Le services au restaurant était vrai très bien avec Leila la chef qui met les gens à l’aise. Les chambres magnifiques. Salle de bain moderne mais dommage nous avions une baignoire et l’eau coulais beaucoup à part tout était supers hôtel à ne pas rater . J’y retournerai avec plaisir . La nourriture très bonne avec du choix et d’excellents desserts

Un séjour formidable - un accueil sans problème - Une restauration variée avec du choix et de qualité<<<; le petit déjeuner était parfait avec un choix varié de produits tunisiens de qualité. Les chambres sont remarquables avec un personnel tres serviable. l'animation pendant la deuxième dizaine de jours gérée par Madame MIMITA et ses collaborateurs a été sensationnelle . J'ai rarement vu du personnel comme celui rencontré au Joya Paradise. des gens de qualité , aimables et très joviaux Merci aussi à toute l'équipe. le personnel du restaurant et des cuisines mérite également un remerciement chaleureux pour leur gentillesse et leur courage. BRAVO à Leila, son frère et Mourad
