This is a budget friendly hotel but it is definitely not one I recommend staying at. I arrived and seen signs on some of the room doors stating “This Unit is Unfit for Human Habitation occupancy or use”, the room I was given had one broken bed which the front desk came and fixed, the bathroom was not cleaned, and my door would not close all the way unless it was pushed hard. There is a lot wrong with the hotel and needs some reinforcement. I do understand it is budget friendly but it does not have to be unsafe nor unclean.

Worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. Ever. My bed was completely broken. I had to lay on one side just so I didn’t fall out of it. Staff was aware of it and said they were “waiting for a new bed frame”. Maybe don’t sell the room?? Hallways were INCREDIBLY loud. I had people outside my room in the backyard area until the morning hours. There was no working phone in either one of my room. Neither 105 or 128 had a working phone. Surfaces (like the phone, side table, and bathroom countertop) were covered in a sticky residue. To the point that I wiped them down with disinfectant wipes. Shower curtain didn’t close all the way leaving water to go out onto the bathroom floor. Door going into the side of the building didn’t lock. Leaving an uneasy feeling. I was woken up in the morning to somebody blaring music outside my door. Turns out it was the maintenance guy? Talking on the phone LOUDLY and playing music on some device. And to top everything off….it should have been disclosed that there were MANY rooms shut down with tags in them from the City of Racine. Stating it was “Unfit for Human Habitation”. When I asked staff what the signs were it seemed like they were lying and didn’t know what they were there for. Again leaving myself and my family feeling incredibly uneasy. I will NEVER recommend anybody stay at this hotel. It was disgusting, unsafe, and actually disturbing.

Terrible place, bugs in the room everywhere. The beds were not put together correctly, and the head of the bed was lower than the foot. New tile in the bathroom, making it necessary to cut the door down which they did not do correctly and the door couldn't be closed. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work. Also the shower water hit the opposing wall and ran down to the tub rim and out onto the floor flooding the bathroom. They never cleaned the room between days there, nor did they exchange towels. Then when asking for new towels they only had 2. There was old vehicles in the parking lot that looked as if they have been there for years. DO NOT STAY HERE!
