Rent og pent hotell med de hyggeligste ansatte. Ekstremt god service hele veien. Blir kjørt med golfbil frem og tilbake fra hovedbygg og til rommet. God space overalt og maten var veldig god. Nydelige uteområder med flere basseng. Stranden var grei men ikke supert å bade der. En av de beste hotellopplevelsene jeg har hatt.

Buenas noches.estuvo excellente nuestra estancia.la cafeteria bien surtida todo delicioso la comida muy buena,valet parking muy amigables,la mesera del japones fue muy atenta en el servicio,las camas muy confortable...solo el control de la tv esta sin pila.afortunadamente se atendio de inmediato.muchas gracias.por todo regresaremos pronto.

Everything super clean. Kids club should make an effort to keep the kids busy and parents free, there are several rules and they call you whenever something is off with the kids, we couldn't enjoy a (well paid) spa moment because we had our phone buzzing. In general the staff is kind, but they approach their rules without context making things more complicated/frustrating than they supposed to be. The app is a disaster.

The beach has seaweed issues and the resort has restaurant reservation issues similar to most all-inclusives. But overall the place was nice, the pools were good, the staff was fantastic. The tequila floalwed, all is well
