Your underground parking lot was full. I had to park on the street. Guests staying in the hotel should have priority over day event guests. I will stay in the osprey in the future. Lots of parking.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel is. The restaurants and bars were good, slightly overpriced, but still good. The entertainment was great! The rooms were lovely and clean. Walking distance to everything in town since it’s the smallest village in Ireland. Lovely people in Naas!

Check in was professional and efficient. The entrance to the underground car parking needs prominent sign, as at present, the you cannot see the entrance sign with cars parked on the road.

Great property. Room was massive perfect for a family of 4. Beds comfortable. Bathroom great. Enterance and foyer amazing. And location is perfect. My only criticism ia that when we arrived late, there was no parking available underground. It took over 45 mins to wait for someone to leave so i could park my car and get out our luggage.

En-route from Dublin to Cork. Beautiful old hotel, perfect for wedding receptions with multiple bars and a beautiful lobby bar. Unfortunately, we were there on a Monday, just stayed overnight, so nothing was open.

An architecturally impressive property with clean and comfortable rooms, let down by a flood of faeces in the male toilets by the bar, staff on checkin making up rules and staff in the bar being petulant and unreasonable, directly resulting in the loss of revenue for the property. An underlying trend of cost cutting to the extent of penny pinching can be seen in the food and beverage offering, bulk toiletries in the bedrooms and critically the quality of the coffee!

We enjoyed the buffet breakfast...it was very reasonably priced. The room was extremely spacious. Front office staff were friendly and helpful. Could use slight more training for housekeeping staff. They consistenly tried to shortchange us on towels, waters and facial tissues.

Disappointing. The downstairs was lovely, the bedroom was awful. Dark, curtains torn, handles missing off draws, TV not working properly, iron not working, room smelt dank, so did bathroom

I've stayed at this hotel a lot and its my favourite hotel in Naas. It has a great ambience, a classy feel, great restaurant and friendly service. So why didnt i give 5 stars? Some of the rooms are dated, only have two channels on the TV, no USB ports, and outdated bathrooms. Its potluck if you get one of these rooms or not. Ironically if you are on the first or second floor and you turn right out of the lift, you're at risk of being in the older rooms

The lobby is very impressive, even extravagant, handsome decor and furnishings throughout. It felt like we overpaid for our room, as it was way at the back of the property, in an older building and right above the noisy service and loading area. But convenient.

Was not impressed with our stay at all. Started off while we were booking in thst the receptionist told us they do not accept debit card for book ins only credit card. We had to pay 560 upfront to her. Her attitude was not very nice. Made us feel uncomfortable. Got to our room to find 6 sockets did not work. We brought this to the attention of the hotel to be told they were fully booked and sorry. I had to use the ironing board up right beside the bed as these were the only sockets working. I used a glass for a dissolable panadol and while we were out a member of cleaning staff put the dirty glass back in the bathroom upside down and unwashed. Our spare keycard was also taken. When checking out my husband mentioned it again on the inconvenience of the sockets not working. He thought he would have been reimbursed somebit or even offered a complimentary drink but nothing. A bare apology and that was it. We would definitely not be reccomending this hotel to anybody. We come to kildare alot but will never step foot in this hotel again

Staff, especially Bismark the night manager were excellent. It’s an impressive hotel, great atmosphere, great bars, lovely food. The one downside, though sorted was a hot water issue in my room.

Sevaral staff were very inexperienced but manager was very quick to help, sorting us out and coming back 10mins later to make sure we were happy. Hotel still has that local, independent touch.

Arrived late night, rang the buzzer at the car entry barrier no one answered. Had to walk all the way to reception to ask to be let in. I did call ahead to say there were problems with travel and wont arrive till after midnight. I was told it was ok as they had 24 hours reception. Checked in and was given the keys to an unmade room. Given this was happening at 1:30am I wasn’t best pleased. Made a complaint in the morning and I was told the duty manager would get in touch no one has 🙄

The staff were very courteous and the location was nice. There are 2 restaurants and several bars located into the hotel. You're in walking distance to many shops, and there is a taxi service at the hotel if you don't wish to drive to a further location. Parking is under the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. It suited our needs for the trip.

The hotel is in a great location. Parking underground was convenient. The hotel is a bit dated. Our room was very hot & we couldn't cool it down. We took the train into Dublin. Had to get a taxi to get us to the station. Took the bus back & it dropped us off less than a block away from the hotel.

This was our first stop on our visit to Ireland and it was great. Spacious, clean and beautiful property and surrounding area. Walkable to lots of restaurants. Also right near the bus stop which we took to Dublin one day.

Lovely hotel. First time I’ve been since the refurb. It’s lovely. However we went for a cocktail in the beautiful vi’s bar only to be told that it isn’t open Monday to Friday. What a shame! Breakfast was good and plentiful. Only downside was our room was like an oven. We turned the radiator off and left the windows open for the 3 nights but it was still really hot. Other than that it’s a great place in a great location

This is a fabulous Hotel with a great atmosphere. Food in the Bistro was very good. Rooms were excellent, lovely power shower. Friendly staff. The only disappointment was the breakfast, a better selection would have made such a difference.
