Traffic backed up in evening, taking too long to get around. Dog area extremely unclean.

Quiet, convenient, clean, good customer service, easy parking.

This was perfect for my needs. It was a last minute trip to visit family. Breakfast buffet (included) was good with a variety of dishes. Although I didn’t use all amenities it was nice that the laundry room was free to use. The hotel was very clean, smelled nice, staff was lovely, professional and eager to help. Parking is free with many spots available. Many entrances/exits which are secured. Pool is clean. I will definitely stay here again. thank you smg

Everything was good other than the heated pool was not heated. My kids were very upset. I booked this spot so that they could swim. Wish there was a way to know when pools are not working before booking.

The elevator were out of order the entire time we were there. Had to lug our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Front desk was unapologetic about it . They had been out of order for 3 days before we arrived ! We should have been compensated for the inconvenience. Very disappointing.

Shower was discolored and smelled as if someone had smoked in it. Front desk was not well tended to. Plus 7+ cars were broken into in the morning. Hotel was not aware until police informed them. No proper cameras in the lot along with lights in the lot out. Cars parked right in front of the front door were broken into. Our truck was broken into and when asked for their report they said that they did not have one and would get to it later when someone else got in.

The hotel is very nice, but you advertise a jacuzzi, the jacuzzi needs to be operational. Room 419 does not have a shower curtain and should. And the fan is freezing up, probably wore out. That could be a fire hazard. Other than that, the property is clean and well-lit parking lot.

The staff was fantastic everyone from front desk to housekeeping. The only thing that made us uncomfortable was the mold around the bathroom vent in our room.

Pull out sofa bed was disgusting. The mattress cover had food and hair all over it.

Very clean room and friendly staff also the breakfast was great I even called my sister in laws from out of town and told them how clean the rooms were and they even rented one too.

Room was clean and cool when we arrived. The spacious room was everything we needed for our family. While it seemed a little dated it was very clean and well maintained. We definitely plan to stay here on our next visit

I'm only giving this site a 3 star rating. The sofa bed in 203 was stain with pee and blood. Upon arrival the hotel wasn't even ready but they did check us into another room. I did tell the front desk about the issue so hopefully they will change it. Food was fantastic. Definitely needs a little updating.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, and everything felt fresh and well kept. One of the things I appreciated most was how quiet it was perfect for getting a good night’s rest. The staff was polite and check-in was smooth. Overall, it was a peaceful and comfortable experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was ample. Nice king bed mattress a plus. Walk in shower was a nice plus. Overall great for value. Breakfast was great and included on room rate..

Microwave didn’t work. Batteries in remote dead. A/C didn’t work properly.

The rooms were pretty spacey. The kids enjoyed it! breakfast was good.

We were there for my son's wedding this past weekend. Overall, the stay was okay with a couple of issues. First, the thermostat was weird. If it was on Cool but raised to 72 or above it would turn to heat! So we kept it at 68 or 69 and wife froze in the evenings. Second, we were on the 3rd floor, and the people upstairs stomped or walked really heavily Sunday night. I called the front desk a couple of times and it was finally remedied. For the usual price doubling for the holiday, though I got a discount from accumulated hotels.com to help.

Lovely people at the front desk, so friendly & helpful! An amazing happy hour with great food & wine. I got upgraded for free to a large suite! What I didn't like: Noisy rooms where other people's TVs kept me awake. Odd tall beds that were both crinkly and too squishy.

The property was one of the best we've stayed in! We had a suite which is a living room separate from rhe bedroom, with a second TV. The kitchenn was stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and a coffee pot. It even had a dishwasher. The room and area were very quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels and was quite large. I'd definitely stay there again!

Poor quality hotel. The review/scores on hotels.com mentioning a 9+ score are probably produced during long times ago, or fake log-ins. We paid 160$ a night for a studio queen plus sleeping sofa. -Upon arrival there was a bad smell in the room (probably still there from cooking by previous occupants; - the sofa bed was the worst we ever experienced, consisting of a metal frame with a 3 inch mattress totally worn down. It resulted in even our child (28KG) having back pain after a night sleep; - this sofa bed wasnt made upon arrival and initially the hotel refused to provide bedding and an extra pillow “as it was our own responsibility to make the bed”. The manager was called and she stated that that simply is the hotel policy. After further fierce discussion finally the hotel agree to provide materials and make the bad. Ridiculous customer service! Un-be-lie-va-ble. - The fire alarm went off at 0530 in the night. Of course it can always happen but this happened due to people smoking (probably pot, as elevators smell of it) in their room. No further apologies for the inconvenience were made by hotel staff; - The breakfast is rated near 10 “extra ordinary” but it is the most basic and untasteful breakfast, matching that of a 75$ hotel. Tables werent cleaned, no space, content poor (especially warm dishes) and plastic materials. Something unacceptable for a 160$ a night hotel. - The rooms are poorly isolated and its next to the highway.

Our stay here was great. The customer service was accommodating of our needs and extremely nice and helpful. The room was like an apartment with all necessities needed including utensils and cooking pots. I was able to grab some items from the nearby grocery store (H-E-B) and cook for our family for the 3 nights we stayed which gave the vibe of being at home but not home. Also the beds were very comfortable I literally slept like I was in my own bed. The breakfast was okay not a variety of food choices however the choice of coffee was good. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again!

Awesome customer service! Ladies at the front desk were attentive and accommodating. I was truly appreciative for the extra effort and attention to detail. The breakfast was perfect. So much to choose from. The eating area was so very clean. Free coffee and soda available all day. I will definitely be back to this location.

Very easy access and extremely convenient for travel form the interstate. Additionally, there is an Emergency Room just across the street, which we utilized.
