Les chambres sont grandes et propres, possibilité de connecter facilement ses appareils à la tv ce qui est appréciable. La rue de l'hôtel est plutôt calme, on est pas dérangé par le bruit de la route la nuit. Il y a toutes les commodités à quelques minutes à pied (superette, laverie, comptoir de change, atm...). Tarif des chambres très abordables au bon rapport qualité prix au vu des prix des hôtels se trouvant directement sur l'avenue principale.

Hotel was fairly inexpensive, and in a convenient location for the trains. Generally a good area to be in with lots of food and shopping around. Hotel does not have a pool so that is definitely a draw back.

The staff are friendly and responsive. When I called the front desk about the water pressure, they responded in minutes and resolved the problem. The bed is excellent with good quality linens and towels and the room is spacious with a couch. On the downside, the restaurants and pool were all closed for renovations! The room lighting is a bit dim even with all lights on and also tricky as you can adjust the brightness. There are privacy curtains and blackout curtains. Sadly, the windows were absolutely filthy, but this could be due to the highrise construction nearby. They have handy reading lights on each side of the bed, but no power outlets, though there are plenty on the desk. Finally, the couch could use a good cleaning. The WIFI speed was not very reliable. The location is convenient with quick access to my favorite breakfast restaurant on Sukhumvit and the BTS is a ~10 min walk. With some small adjustments their rating would improve.

Bon hotel milieu de gamme avec des prestations équivalentes à l'hôtellerie francaise. La chambre est grande et propre, la salle de bain et la douche très grande. L'hôtel se situe au milieu de la rue transversale à la rue principale, il ny a donc pas de bruit ce qui est plutot agréable. Il faut environ 10 min à pied pour rejoindre le BTS et le métro. Bien placé pour les commodités (restaurants, pressing, salons de massage, centre commercial), il y a aussi une nightlife animée, la plupart des commerces etant ouverts jusqu'à minuit.

J’y ai séjourné 2 fois en 6 mois. C’est une valeur sure au niveau du confort. On s’y sent plutôt bien. Un lit très confortable et un bureau pour travailler. Une bonne douche à l’italienne dans une salle d’eau entièrement carrelée. Des chaussons sont fournis ce qui est fort utile. Une climatisation non bruyante pour un sommeil tranquille. Je recommande et y retournerai probablement encore.

This hotel is located on a popular hotel Soi. ( a Courtyard, Novotel and others). Two wonderful spas are just across the street ( no more than 3 minutes walk) It is around a 10 min walk to BTS, but in BKK , that’s what you do, you walk. I would not let that deter you. The staff was nice and attentive, Pop was especially helpful and kind.

Don’t stay here!!! It is not safe!!! The hotel is not ready to have guests. Very difficult to find the hotel because the sign is broken. It is very dark in front. I arrived at 7 pm and couldn’t see the hotel. After I got my key card, I open the room and there are people inside!!! The front desk gave me the wrong key card. So she gave me another key card which there are no people inside but nothing in the room works! No electricity at all. Also there were some construction in the hotel going on even at 7 pm at night. So I decided to move out right away and walk to stay at Novotel (very nice hotel). I warn you, if you don’t want to have worst experience… don’t stay here!!

The hotel is in a great location on Soi 20 and actually very quiet and off the main road. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Standard of room for the price was really good and everything worked. My only negative point is that when I checked out they wanted housekeeping to check the room before I left. I really do not like hotels that do that because the inference is you have stolen something or damaged the hotel in some way. I also did not want to wait for 10 minutes for the room to be checked as I needed to get to the airport for a flight. The hotel has credit card details and contact information so no need to keep people hanging round.

It was a good stay at Best Western. Room was ok, and comfortable. Yet Hotels..com and Creit card to Pay Affirm were not on the same page , so i ended up paying two night from my own personal card rather then affirm as what was mentioned.so this was frustrating. The breakfast was a seperate prive yet reasonable 13 dollars for 2 people, excellent staff at breakfast area.

Very nice, clean and modern interiors. Nice sized room and loved the location. Staff were friendly and helpful and I would def stay at this hotel again in the future. Nice restaurants nearby - one wish would’ve been that they told me about some discounts for guests at some of the restaurants around like The Deck etc. Liked this hotel a lot.
