The overall stay was less than standard. Starting with check. We were told that the pool was closed due to someone vomiting in it the day before & it had been drained to be cleaned. Although the pool was closed we were offered to go to the sister location to go swimming but that was too much of an inconvenience. The carpet in the entire hotel smelled horrible including in the room. When i asked for more towels because there weren't enough to cover everyone in my room. I was told that they were out of towels & they could give me pool towels. Which was very unprofessional. One of the beds in my room was worn out, dented & very uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was the most pathetic one i have ever seen. No fruit or muffins, 3 types of cereal, one waffle iron, one type of roll, just no type of variety. The only thing that was accommodating was the size of the room & room amenities but unfortunately due to my experience i will not stay at this particular hotel again nor would i recommend anyone else to stay there either.

3.5 Stars. Our room was nice and clean. The staff was and helpful. The amenities: Breakfast: stops at 9am and gets crowded quickly on weekends. Gym, the Peloton bikes were not working. Laundry: more than half of the machines were not working and people leave their stuff in the machines for hours after being done. Electric car charging spots: non-EV cars will park in the spots. There was an issue with my card being charged twice for the room, but the hotel refunded me. Overall, I like the area and will probably stay here again.

The staff did not advise the cleaning staff that we wanted the room cleaned every other day. Breakfst was fine and the rooms very sufficient. Hotel located in excellent location and ample parking but a parking fee?

The hotel overall was great. In a nice quiet area but still accessible to shopping and restaurants. The room appeared just as it did as the online pictures. The staff was helpful.Breakfast was good. Buttered Waffle , sliced banana, chopped walnuts, syrup.....restaurant quality breakfast!!!Please know that this location only has an indoor pool so sunbathing poolside will not happen at this location. The hallway always seemed to be musty BUT that didn’t effect the actual room. I would definitely recommend this location. Ask for a pond view room, you will see deer and beautiful birds.

Upon arriving we were greeted by a not so friendly staff member who clearly didn’t want to be bothered and then I was hit with a fee I was not expected as well as told that I had to pay it all on my card and couldn’t split the payment with the person who was accompanying me and not with a nice tone either. Upon getting to the room it was hot, we eventually got the thermostat to work however when we left and came back it was hot again, after calling down they told me that it was because it could tell that we left the room which I found to be very odd because unless there is a camera in it how would it know if I left the room to be able to turn off? The thermostat did turn back on and it did cool down. The hallways smells terribly of mildew. We never were able to use the pool because kids threw up in it. Aside from all of that, the room was nice and spacious, the beds were not comfortable and we at the least got a later check out time. For the price I paid, I don’t know that I would return for what we got though unfortunately.

Hotel was built 3 years ago and is clean and quiet, in great condition and in a safe location. Staff was friendly. Got a studio room with a king bed which was so comfortable. Room had a kitchenette with dishes, silverware, full size fridge and microwave. Hot plates were available upon request (which I didn’t know). I really don’t have any complaints as it basically had what we needed. Only thing with the rooms is the main door and bathroom door are very heavy. The main door wasn’t able to be propped open to bring our stuff in and out. The bathroom door was too big for the bathroom making it way too small. Pool was great. Smaller that what the actual picture shows but still clean. Washer and dryer are free to use. The only complaint was for a hotel with 100 rooms, they only had one washer available (other two were down) which was a pain cuz you had to wait in line. No biggie though. Breakfast was typical. No complaints Loved the outdoor patios. So nice at night. Coffee in lobby is available 24/7 but sometimes it wasn’t stocked or had hot coffee. Would stay there again but would upgrade to a suite.

Comfortable nice property. The staff pays attention to cleanliness which is excellent. Parking can be challenging in the later hours but it’s complimentary so no complaints at all. I’ve stayed her on two separate occasions and I didn’t experience any issues other than my room not being cleaned or restocked either of my stays (both 4+ nights).

It was a lovely stay. The room was immaculately clean, modern and very large. We were in a room with 2 queen beds. The fitness room had all new equipment including 2 peloton bikes and the “mirror”, 3 tread mills and weights. The breakfast was good and there was free washers and dryers which were brand new looking.

It's just like home. Cleaning staff up above excellent. The elevator was even immaculate. When we entered our room the smell was fresh and clean. The overall stay is outstanding.

My room was dirty upon check in. There was trash. When i called to report it staff was rude and stated well the cleaning staff is gone for the day. When i went down to the front desk i was given a garbage bag and told to bag the trask and leave it outside the door. The hotel is nice and in convenient area

We had 5 rooms for our group, and not a single complaint. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. We definitely plan to stay here the next time we are in the area.

Had potential. Unfortunately the type of guests that are there , can be loud, obnoxious, rowdy, and rude. There were childrens parties all weekend and the children behaved terrible. Causing trouble for other guests. The dogs soiled the carpets. Smells like urine and animals in the rooms. Bathrooms don't work. Just not cleaned properly.

The room was not clean to my standards coffee stains on the wall , blood on the wall by the bed computer table and tables by the beds were dirty stains on on the pillow cases and sheets. I just sprayed everything down in the room with Lysol air-condition smell like urine , I t was a smell of pork meat in the room .

We had a little trouble checking in as they did not seem to have our reservation. We called the 800 number for Hotels.com and they quickly worked it out. The accommodations we good. Clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be several people smoking pot by the side exit/entrance and very noisy neighbors. Kids tuning around past midnight. Breakfast was fair. Sign said yogurt but their never was any.

The property itself is very nice however, my room was not the microwave did not work. The volume on the television did not work the dishwasher malfunction and ran a full cycle at 1:45 AM. I requested from the general manager and still has not received a call the attendant Was extremely rude and I am extremely unsatisfied and disappointed

Very spacious and clean room. Hotel looks fairly new and very modern. Excellent place for an extended stay, especially for families, because of the kitchenette in the room, including a full sized refrigerator. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that the auto message email sent with the online reservation stated that the coincidental fee on your credit card will be $50 when it’s actually $150. Plus, there’s a $4.72 parking fee which isn’t stated either.

Only thing keeping this from a perfect rating was AC in room didn’t work and we had to switch rooms after being at an Orioles game. Convenient to dining, shopping and subway. Great breakfast and coffee.

The room was fantastic. It was truly a comfort to be staying in a location that felt more like home than a regular hotel room. It was nice to be able to have the options of staying in and making myself a meal! The staff was excellent and super friendly. I will use this location again!

The hotel was wonderful, as was the staff. We had a suite, which was very spacious. My only complaint, hence the 4 stars, was that the walls were very thin. We could hear our neighbor’s tv at midnight. They had it at a very normal volume, but was clearly heard through the bedroom wall. Otherwise, we had a very nice stay.

The television was not working in the room for the entire stay. The front desk was notified immediately of the situation. They brought a new remote control without batteries. When returned the swap given was the original remote and it still didn't work. The front desk was notify again of the situation and was informed the engineer would arrive in 20 minutes and would come see about the issue. No one ever showed. The entire night the television displayed a Welcome {Name} without a picture. The glow from the screen stayed on unless you unplugged the entire television. I informed the front desk again prior to checkout and was told the manager would not arrive on the property until 3:00. Left my name, room # and phone number. No one reached out. Will not return to this property again. Nothing was done for the inconvenience.

My room was dirty upon check in. There was trash. When i called to report it staff was rude and stated well the cleaning staff is gone for the day. When i went down to the front desk i was given a garbage bag and told to bag the trask and leave it outside the door. The hotel is nice and in convenient area

Upon arriving we were greeted by a not so friendly staff member who clearly didn’t want to be bothered and then I was hit with a fee I was not expected as well as told that I had to pay it all on my card and couldn’t split the payment with the person who was accompanying me and not with a nice tone either. Upon getting to the room it was hot, we eventually got the thermostat to work however when we left and came back it was hot again, after calling down they told me that it was because it could tell that we left the room which I found to be very odd because unless there is a camera in it how would it know if I left the room to be able to turn off? The thermostat did turn back on and it did cool down. The hallways smells terribly of mildew. We never were able to use the pool because kids threw up in it. Aside from all of that, the room was nice and spacious, the beds were not comfortable and we at the least got a later check out time. For the price I paid, I don’t know that I would return for what we got though unfortunately.

Stayed here for 4 nights for a business trip. The hotel is very clean and new and the staff was very friendly. Tavin was extremely kind and helpful. Our company does a lot of travel and we will definitely make sure this hotel is the first one we book.

The staff on the evening shift leaves something to be desired. Lazy, inefficient and rude. Stood for 20 minutes while a sign was on the counter saying they would be right back. Then she opened the door behind the counter and she and a young man were back there the whole time. Ridiculous. My key card stopped working several times.

The hotel overall was great. In a nice quiet area but still accessible to shopping and restaurants. The room appeared just as it did as the online pictures. The staff was helpful.Breakfast was good. Buttered Waffle , sliced banana, chopped walnuts, syrup.....restaurant quality breakfast!!!Please know that this location only has an indoor pool so sunbathing poolside will not happen at this location. The hallway always seemed to be musty BUT that didn’t effect the actual room. I would definitely recommend this location. Ask for a pond view room, you will see deer and beautiful birds.

Hotel was built 3 years ago and is clean and quiet, in great condition and in a safe location. Staff was friendly. Got a studio room with a king bed which was so comfortable. Room had a kitchenette with dishes, silverware, full size fridge and microwave. Hot plates were available upon request (which I didn’t know). I really don’t have any complaints as it basically had what we needed. Only thing with the rooms is the main door and bathroom door are very heavy. The main door wasn’t able to be propped open to bring our stuff in and out. The bathroom door was too big for the bathroom making it way too small. Pool was great. Smaller that what the actual picture shows but still clean. Washer and dryer are free to use. The only complaint was for a hotel with 100 rooms, they only had one washer available (other two were down) which was a pain cuz you had to wait in line. No biggie though. Breakfast was typical. No complaints Loved the outdoor patios. So nice at night. Coffee in lobby is available 24/7 but sometimes it wasn’t stocked or had hot coffee. Would stay there again but would upgrade to a suite.

Our room was wonderful! Breakfast was always good, just some food was cold at times. Our last morning, a lady on the desk was such a hard worker! We had a little trouble checking in as they did not seem to have our reservation. We called the 800 number for Hotels.com and they quickly worked it out. The accommodations we good. Clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be several people smoking pot by the side exit/entrance and very noisy neighbors. Kids tuning around past midnight. Breakfast was fair. Sign said yogurt but their never was any.

I felt like home with the amenities my room had including having my name displayed on the TV screen was a bonus and gave me comfort knowing I was in the right room. The kitchen was great to have. There was plenty of breakfast, freshly made. The outside was well lit and there's about parking. I will be staying here again very soon.

Breakfast was unorganized and messy due to guest and lack of maintenance of cleanup. The food options were not the best but not horrible either. Bring your own breakfast and cook in your own suite if you’re looking to eat a hot, decent meal. Great kitchenette! Hotel room was clean, bed very comfortable.

We had a truly wonderful stay this past weekend. Our family gathered from four different states, booking four rooms in total, and we were incredibly impressed by both the cleanliness of the hotel and the warmth of the staff. We want to extend a special thank you to Heidee, Mark, Alicia, and Demi for their exceptional service and welcoming smiles. We were also very grateful to find that our pets were welcomed and accommodated comfortably in our rooms. The entire experience was seamless, and we are already looking forward to our next visit.

We paid in advance for a king room only to discover we had two double beds. No one reached out in advance to let us know they had changed our reservation. Nor was it mentioned at check in. The front desk person said they were sold out for the night when we checked in. The next morning, I brought my confirmation showing we'd paid for a king room and was told they were sold out and that some rooms were "out of commission". I keep the room temperature cooler so my partner needs more blanket than I do and he was freezing all night since the bed coverings were incredibly light weight. We went digging for another blanket and finally found another lightweight blanket in a cabinet. It wasn't enough so we had to turn up the temperature however I was too warm all night. Also, the mattress was way too firm. Neither of us slept well. The hair dryer in the bathroom was broken. I brought that down to the front desk. An alternative was not offered or delivered, just a "did you break it?" (no) and "it would have been nice if the last guest had told us". The breakfast area was a disaster. Most "hot" items were gone by 8:30 Saturday. Condiment containers were a mess (picked up a the ketchup only to discover ketchup all over it and by extension, my hand. Trash bins were overflowing. All in all, it felt like the hotel was not prepared to handle a sell out situation. I would not go back to this property. Very disappointed but especially since it was Hilton property.
