Branson Victorian Inn

Beware! Reserved Victorian Inn but they wanted us to stay at the Stratford. Walked into the room and the chemical odor caused my wife to get a migraine. The furniture? I have seen better sitting on the side of the road with a Free sign. The bathtub had a hole in the side. Before seeing the room the clerk charged me a pet fee. After seeing the room and stating that we could not stay there, she refused to refund my stating that the manager had to do that and that the manager worked days. Went back during the day and a different clerk said the manager would be in at 3 pm. Went back and the original clerk was manning the desk stated the manger would not be back until the next week. When I contacted Hotels.com they tried contacting this place 3 times with no success, phone calls not returned etc. So after 2 weeks I have still not been refunded any money, the hotel has not responded and Hotels.com has washed their hands of the whole matter

Booked on Expedia. Check in and ALL communications were at neighboring hotel! Never was able to go in our hotels office. “Free breakfast” my foot, NO BREAKFAST. Very unprofessional

Two-bit Branson Betty had checked out of the room just after her 1hour rental with her John. You have been warned, just say no to this hotel.

The bathroom was really unbelievably dirty. Not enough plugins in the whole room. Had to move furniture just to get to one. Very dated. Would not stay again.
