Sheraton Xi'an North City Hotel

Personnel très accueillant. Site propre. Nous avons aimé leur disponibilité a nous indiquer des endroits pour plusieurs activités. Hôtel à proximité d'un métro et de la rue des street food où on peut trouver tout plein de snacks: brochettes de fruits de mer, viande...

The bar service was disappointing due to limited stock. After selecting a beer from the menu, we were told only one bottle was available in the entire building. We then tried to order sparkling wine, only to be told that was out of stock as well. It was frustrating to see a full menu but have so few of the items actually available for purchase.

Very nice room and hotel!!

Worst Sheraton I have experienced so far. Strong smell of smoke in the corridor and room, I contacted the staff several time and they only apologies but they didn’t solve the problem. As result I had to passively accept the unpleasant stay for 3 days. In addition, the room aircon does not allow manual set up so I had to stay all the time with 26degrees, that made th sleep very unpleasant. Definetly not recommended, Sheraton must do better

The subway was close, so it was very convenient to move around, and the surrounding business areas were satisfying. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was very delicious. But it was a little cold because the heater was not warm enough. Except for that, everything was perfect hotel.
