General cleanliness of the room was poor for a country so high-tech the TV was old and there was no USB port in the room Also when the room was cleaned it wasn’t clean. Thoroughly marks were left on the shower door tissues were not replenished just missing that five star touch that they promise.

The hotel absolutely lived up to its reputation. We only stayed for one night, but it was enough to appreciate the warm and friendly service, breathtaking views, and exceptional food. Everything felt thoughtfully curated to create a unique experience. We hope to return in the spring, summer, or fall to enjoy the warmer weather and explore all that Mitzpe Ramon has to offer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable desert getaway!
