This hotel had a beautiful and relaxing outdoor space with an outdoor bar, comfy loungers, and heated pool, warm enough that it allowed you to soak in the water, enjoy a signature cocktail and let you get lost in a book in the month of March. Was looking to spend some much needed/long overdue time with one of my besties…AND we couldn’t have picked a more perfect place! From the moment we arrived, we we’re very pleased. Free parking in a safe location close to the hotel, very friendly and attentive staff, clean rooms, and so much more! The hotel grounds are beautiful and we’ll maintained as is the hotel itself. Dinner at Elizabeth Street Cafe on our first night was fantastic! Followed by Paradise Lounge for a night cap(s) that did not disappoint. Our server Robert was great and the Bird of Paradise cocktail is a must! Early morning coffee and quiet time in the Chapel Club followed by breakfast at Paradise Lounge was a great start to our much needed pool day. Dinner that evening at San Lorenzo and then back to our lovely room and comfy bed. The morning of ck-out we had breakfast and tea at Elizabeth Street Cafe…the quiche, almond croissant, and the iced blueberry/jasmine green tea was delish!

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed all the food options on the property. Everything was clean and tidy. Room service was quick. We wish the pool bar had been open during the week we visited. My only comment about the room was the lack of surfaces to place toiletries, etc. Made it hard to keep things tidy throughout our 5-night stay.

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! Peaceful, quiet, sophisticated, luxurious boutique with perfectly lovely staff. The restaurant and porch dining area are out of this world. The food is spectacular, creative and delicious-so much so that it was the best food we had in New Orleans. The street car to the French Quarter is a couple of blocks away, and the architecture of the Garden District is stunning. It is safe to walk about the neighborhood and there are sweet boutiques a few blocks walk away. The pool area is stunning, as well. This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and I've been ALL OVER the world. STAY HERE! You won't be disappointed.

We have stayed at St Vincent multiple times and every time the service is amazing. The room is quiet (greatly appreciated in Nola where this is hard to find). The vibe is modern luxury, the bars are great, the pool is a welcome in the heat. Pool bar and hotel service are great. Definitely recommend and will be back.

This is an excellent choice in New Orleans, especially if you have reason to be in the Garden District. The building and grounds are stunning, and lots of nooks to relax around the property, including the pool and courtyard. Also, there are a variety of eating and drinking options, all good. It’s a beautiful property with amazing decor and many choices for food and drink. However it seems they are more focused on generating revenue from events and dining over hotel guests and quality of services. There seems to be no one in charge, greeting hotel guests and ensuring a good stay. Even the set up is not focused on hotel guests. You can access your room without ever passing through the main lobby. It was extremely disappointing that my room was never cleaned on day and no manager was aware. They can do better with more focus on hotel guests. Also the ‘coffee’ in the chapel was awful. Should have a machine to make fresh coffee for guests as needed. I will not stay here again mostly because of lack of interest in hotel guests over externals and special events. Seems hotel is an afterthought.

Great atmosphere and style, friendly staff, lovely pool and breakfast / cocktail area. In a great area walkable to nice bars in warehouse district. Some feedback - housekeeping was inconsistent - they repeatedly took away our room towels and didn’t replace them, and took ages to bring some after phoning down, meaning one of us was left shivering after a shower until they brought some. Another time forgot to do the bed, forgot to replace toiletries etc. But overall great stay and highly recommended.

The hotel was beautiful with nice rooms and a great courtyard and pool area. We arrived a few hours early and our room was ready for us! The only complaint I have was that the shower faucet leaked all night and kept us awake. We would come back and stay, and we’d recommend this place to our friends and family.

The property itself was beautiful and the staff was great. Our room was super dark and there was a half painted wall with a bucket outside of our room. I took a picture. We ended up paying $652.82 a night and this was WAY overpriced. We ended up moving to a different hotel for our 4th night because we had to extend our trip and the hotel was $200 and our room was so much nicer. I would not recommend staying at this hotel for the price we paid however I would recommend going to eat dinner or having a drink at the bar. The property really is cool.

Amazing stay - beautiful room with a gorgeous view. Expansive patio overlooking the pool which we used quite a bit! So many details in this hotel, everything is done well. Such a great retreat during our stay in NOLA!

The hotel is a beautiful old building with tall ceilings and big windows. The room was well appointed and roomy with a comfy bed and all the bath amenities. The bars downstairs were great and all the staff was wonderful. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood, walking distance to so many shops and bars and restaurants. I highly recommend!

The public gathering areas were wonderful!! Such fun creative decor. Our room was small and comfortable. It was a bit noisy until about midnight. It was very dark in room. I would suggest better lighting.

The room was quite small but very nice with a very confortable bed. Loved the shower pressure. The vibe of the hotel was awesome, we enjoyed staying in the patio just chilling and sippin’ on some aperol spritz. There was only one issue that they charged my CC upon check in when it was already prepaid through hotels.com. I told them and they immediately said they were going to cancel it. I’m still waiting mt refund though (I know it can take up to 10 business day). Very nice restaurants within walking distance (loved the espresso at Mojo just around the corner). Nice burrata and drinks at St Vicents’ bar. Overall I would definitely stay there again! I believe we loved Nola so much because we stayed at St Vicent rather then downtown or the french quarter.

Loved our stay here - 4 splendidly comfortable and quiet nights in a huge fabulous bed in a splendidly restored building. Local coffee served each morning, plus access to Elizabeth Street Cafe, which had the most amazing pastries !

It’s a beautiful property with amazing decor and many choices for food and drink. However it seems they are more focused on generating revenue from events and dining over hotel guests and quality of services. There seems to be no one in charge, greeting hotel guests and ensuring a good stay. Even the set up is not focused on hotel guests. You can access your room without ever passing through the main lobby. It was extremely disappointing that my room was never cleaned on day and no manager was aware. They can do better with more focus on hotel guests. Also the ‘coffee’ in the chapel was awful. Should have a machine to make fresh coffee for guests as needed. I will not stay here again mostly because of lack of interest in hotel guests over externals and special events. Seems hotel is an afterthought.

Great atmosphere and style, friendly staff, lovely pool and breakfast / cocktail area. In a great area walkable to nice bars in warehouse district. Some feedback - housekeeping was inconsistent - they repeatedly took away our room towels and didn’t replace them, and took ages to bring some after phoning down, meaning one of us was left shivering after a shower until they brought some. Another time forgot to do the bed, forgot to replace toiletries etc. But overall great stay and highly recommended.

Was looking to spend some much needed/long overdue time with one of my besties…AND we couldn’t have picked a more perfect place! From the moment we arrived, we we’re very pleased. Free parking in a safe location close to the hotel, very friendly and attentive staff, clean rooms, and so much more! The hotel grounds are beautiful and we’ll maintained as is the hotel itself. Dinner at Elizabeth Street Cafe on our first night was fantastic! Followed by Paradise Lounge for a night cap(s) that did not disappoint. Our server Robert was great and the Bird of Paradise cocktail is a must! Early morning coffee and quiet time in the Chapel Club followed by breakfast at Paradise Lounge was a great start to our much needed pool day. Dinner that evening at San Lorenzo and then back to our lovely room and comfy bed. The morning of ck-out we had breakfast and tea at Elizabeth Street Cafe…the quiche, almond croissant, and the iced blueberry/jasmine green tea was delish!

We have stayed at St Vincent multiple times and every time the service is amazing. The room is quiet (greatly appreciated in Nola where this is hard to find). The vibe is modern luxury, the bars are great, the pool is a welcome in the heat. Pool bar and hotel service are great. Definitely recommend and will be back.

I stayed at the hotel for a short <24 hours on a road trip from Florida to Texas. The staff was so helpful and friendly and so sweet to my cat who I had with me. The room was incredibly spacious, chic and comfortable. I spent the entire time on the hotel property, at the relaxing pool and restaurants as I didn’t want to leave. Will absolutely stay again.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, I would highly recommend staying here. It’s walking distance to shops and restaurants and a short ride to the action of the French quarter. I felt sort of like a celebrity staying here. The vibe is really cool and fun but relaxing. I went and visited some of the other 4 and 5 star hotels I had looked at and was really happy I chose this one. If you can afford a veranda it’s worth it.

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! Peaceful, quiet, sophisticated, luxurious boutique with perfectly lovely staff. The restaurant and porch dining area are out of this world. The food is spectacular, creative and delicious-so much so that it was the best food we had in New Orleans. The street car to the French Quarter is a couple of blocks away, and the architecture of the Garden District is stunning. It is safe to walk about the neighborhood and there are sweet boutiques a few blocks walk away. The pool area is stunning, as well. This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and I've been ALL OVER the world. STAY HERE! You won't be disappointed.

The building and grounds are stunning, and lots of nooks to relax around the property, including the pool and courtyard. Also, there are a variety of eating and drinking options, all good. One note is that unless you like to walk (we did), or take cars, it’s not particularly convenient to the French Quarter. So, if your visit includes being in that area much of your stay, you may want to consider another option.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed all the food options on the property. Everything was clean and tidy. Room service was quick. We wish the pool bar had been open during the week we visited. My only comment about the room was the lack of surfaces to place toiletries, etc. Made it hard to keep things tidy throughout our 5-night stay.

Alternately there was: no air conditioning, no internet, no working phone, no hot water, no food, and people smoking cigarettes outside our room. A real dump. Stay at the Four Seasons if you want to experience actual luxury and service. Stay here if you’d like to flush your money down the toilet and be stressed out for your entire vacation.

While the hotel has some historic charm, it was very worn in the way of carpet, walls and decor, which was surprising for 2021 renovations being done. Our room was dimly lite and the sink was small. Shower was nice size and there was a ledge for makeup bags but again the lighting was dim. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious and the cocktail bar was nice with good service but was small and cramped. The price was way too expensive for what we got but we do appreciate the history of the hotel.
