Apart from the helpful staff, the property was dilapidated. The carpets smell of mold and they were running an ozone machine on the walkpath which is incredibly UNHEALTHY for people to be breathing in. Good thing I just stayed in the room to sleep and spent the time outside in Beitou.

The room setup was lovely, but what really stood out was your staff. Everyone we met was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel celebrated. It made our trip truly unforgettable. We really appreciate your care and hospitality. We’ll definitely be back.

《Good hot springs, but avoid for overnight stays.》 While the hot spring facilities are great with strong water flow, I cannot recommend this hotel for an overnight stay due to the following issues: - Excessive Noise: Soundproofing is poor. You can hear neighbors bumping into walls, and the plumbing noise from other rooms is loud and constant throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep. - Room Maintenance: The air conditioning is ineffective and very noisy. Additionally, there was a hole in the bedsheets. Design Flaws: The AC control panel has a bright blue light that cannot be turned off. Also, the entryway light is faulty and stays lit for about three minutes after being switched off. - Inaccurate Listing: The Expedia information is outdated. The listing claims the front desk provides amenities like razors, but they actually do not provide any toiletries at all. Summary: The hot springs are fine for a short visit, but I do not recommend staying the night.
