As loyal Mandarin Oriental fans, we were let down at MO Taipei. No toothbrushes or toothpaste were provided, with zero heads-up at check-in. We'd happily buy our own—that wasn't the issue. The problem was the front desk's attitude: when we called, staff kept insisting it was "stated on the website and confirmation email" instead of simply apologizing. Note: this booking's confirmation email mentions no such thing. Disappointing service from a brand we usually love. Just a heads-up for fellow travelers.

This hotel was the top notch hotel for us in Taipei. Recommend having the dinner at the hotel’s Chinese restaurant as well. You will enjoy it. Most definitely.
