Clean place to stay. Good breakfast with plenty of variety. Hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. We’ve stayed here before when visiting Fort Worth and will stay again! We did not use the pool but it looked like it might need painted? The chipped paint made the pool look dirty. Great little hotel

Such an easy place to stay. Very reasonably priced, great breakfast, gym, rooms are super spacious, access off the highway is superb. Just an all around great place to stay. We stay every year for the NCAA Women’s College Gymnastics Semifinals and Finals.

Very nice property and staff. The hotel was nice and clean, and had a wonderful scent. I particularly liked the added touch of the complimentary wine down Wednesday soup and salad in the evening hours. That reminded me of what some hotels do in other countries during tea time. I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again.

I stay in the CityView (CV) area of Fort Worth maybe 10x annually. I usually get the best value hotel in CV. I will try to get Homewood from now on. The rooms are roomier and very nice. Parking is very easy. The breakfast is the best out of the area hotels. The dining area is spacious. The workout room is small but adequate.

Hotel and staff were so nice. Loved our room. Only thing is pool and hot tub was kinda dirty. The food was decent and the ladies were awesome. They also had a supper night which was awesome.

The staff was very friendly, when we got to the room, the bathroom shower was dirty but they sent someone to clean it right away. We really liked the space in the room, so f it hadn’t been for the impression we had at first it would had been great. Glad they took care of it right away

This hotel was amazing. The cleanliness was a 10. My linens did. It have one stain on any of them. The staff was extremely on point and efficient. The breakfast had more items to choose from and it all was delicious.

I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott next door 2 days before, and this place is a lot better and was cheaper. Rooms are huge here, the breakfast was very good, but the people working at Homewood Suites were the best. Not sure if Marriott had a breakfast, all the their employees were sitting down doing nothing.

The employees are fantastic. It is super pet friendly. The room and hotel were clean and trendy. My only complaint was that the bed was HARD. I felt like Rose on that piece of wood in that movie Titanic. By night 2 I wished I was Jack and had been pushed into the ocean.

Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good, no waffles so that was disappointing but otherwise good. The only complaint we have was the family that was directly above us. It sounded like they adopted a herd of elephants and brought them to the hotel. Not the hotels fault but still annoying at 6am. Id get a room on the too floor if possible due to very little carpet in the rooms. All in all a good place to stay especially if you're playing a sport related tournament in the area. Good little kitchenette for extended stays.

Don’t believe the photos. I booked an extended stay here based on the pictures instead of a VRBO home. The pictures made it look homey and comfortable. Well, they’ve redecorated and took half the furniture out. The living room only had a small loveseat which didn’t have enough space for both my daughter and I to relax and watch tv. It was wasted space we werent able to use. The kitchen is tiny and so is the dining table. It worked but is small. The bedroom and bathroom areas are typical hotel style. While the staff was nice and accommodating, the “suite” just wasn’t as advertised. I might as well have booked a regular room and saved some money

The staff in the hotel was extremely helpful and accommodating. We went for a medical trip to Cook's and the whole city woke up covered in ice. Our appointment was delayed until the next day and the only option was to extend our stay. They helped us find the best rate, discount, and we didnt have to change rooms. We will DEFINITELY be staying again.

We enjoyed our stay! Vivien made a difference with her big smile and great customer service. When we arrived there was someone else in the front desk and I thought the stay was going to be awful because she didn’t seem to care. Later Vivien was there and her personality and smile just lit up the entire lobby :) She also checked us out and was very profesional and friendly. Thanks for fixing the sad mood we arrived to!

Upon arrival I tried to get in to check in and had to ring a button for the desk. When I stated that I was there to check in, the front counter person (hotel manager on duty) said she didn't have any more reservations and they were full. Then she finally let me in. I explained that I made reservations online, and her entire body language and tone was rude and condescending when she asked, "are you sure you're at the right place?" I showed her my confirmation and asked, "is this you?" She said yes. Then she asked if I was there the right night? I had to pull up the whole itinerary to prove to her that I was in the right place at the right time. She then made a very awkward phone call to a guest asking what name their reservation was under and then told me to have a seat while she checked to see if my room was ready. It's hard to explain all of the details of what transpired, but it appeared to me that she had people leave and then cleaned the room to meet my reservation. The check in process took no less than 45 minutes. Upon entering the room I noticed that the TV said "Welcome Rhonda" and it had two queen beds. I ordered a King. I called down to the front desk and told her about the mix up. She said, "yes, there was a mix up. You won't be charged extra." The nerve of this lady! I won't be charged extra for what I didn't order? I asked to speak to a manager. SHE WAS the manager! Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.

This was the most cleanest, safest, friendliest, comfortable hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in many. Including great parking, a clean pool and a fantastic breakfast that is free in a way more upscale than a traditional continental breakfast. Did I mention the rooms or roomie, comfy, and super clean? I was beyond amazed on how superb this hotel was, including the Staff if you are looking for a place in this area do not pass this opportunity by you will not regret it
