We loved our stay in this hotel. You can walk to downtown which was a huge plus for us. Please note that the beautiful fireplace in the pictures costs extra to use.

Property is dated. Ladies in the office were very helpful and pleasant. Outdoor area was very good for adults. Lots of seating and shade so spent most of our time outdoors. Quiet neighborhood. Brewery across the street was good and not noisy. Beds were comfortable. Parking lot is very small. Would not recommend for children as there is no play area and I didn't see a playground nearby.

Spotlessly clean, very nice quality bed linens, lovely outdoor spaces for soaking up the New Mexico blue skies. Our room was very nice with a lovely kiva fireplace. I wish we’d had more time to enjoy the accommodations.

Expedia needs to update their info. This is not a Bed & breakfast and hadn’t been for over a year. Remodeled recently and updated very clean. Very friendly staff. No elevators for second floor rooms.

Nice place and location Just a few things: 1. the shower current was useless getting water all over the bathroom floor 2. Not enough parking at the time we were there. The manager told me to park in a small space. My mistake, I followed her advice and got a serious dent in our car.

Enjoyed our stay at Pueblo Bonito. The property is in a great location near the Plaza and Railyard. Parking is convenient and safe. The staff we encountered Barb, Kimo and housekeeping were all very welcoming and ready to make our stay amazing. If your room does not have a work area, I suggest using the common area room near the property check in area. Wifi is good and there are plenty of sitting areas outside the units if the weather permits. These adobe structures were built in the 1840s so the layouts may be a little funky and we found this to be true for the bathroom set up. There is no food on the property but you are close enough to everything. Our unit and the property is clean and well kept but we did encounter a slight mustiness when first entering room. But it seemed to go away aired out during our stay (or we got used to it?) The property has history and character coupled with a great staff so it is worth some slight inconveniences.

This was a convenient and very Santa Fe feeling place to stay. The room was large and would have been easy to be comfortable in if it hadn’t been for the really strong laundry product smell. I had to come home and wash everything we had with us to keep my house from smelling like bad potpourri.

Very nice, clean, quiet, and comfortable room. Great location about a 10 minute walk to the Plaza and even closer to some good restaurants, coffee shops, etc. I’d love to stay here again next time I’m in Santa Fe.

We enjoyed our two-night stay at the Pueblo Bonito. After our first night, we had an issue with the shower unit in our suite. Thankfully the hotel moved us to another room, fully resolving the issue. Both suites were lovely, comfortable, and well-stocked for cooking simple meals. The office staff were friendly. The location is excellent and very walkable for Sante Fe. This is a historic hotel and as such has some quirks, but it's a great value for staying downtown.

Coffee facilities in the room were marginal, and coffee wasn't available in the office until 8 AM. On Expedia, Pueblo Bonito is advertised as a bed and breakfast, but it isn't.

We really liked the unit itself, it felt like a separate apartment but the street it backs up to is incredibly noisy being a cut through street. The bathroom seriously needs some kind of ventilation system. Everything was dripping wet after each shower so the towels couldn’t dry.

It’s a cute property that provides a unique stay with an authentic feel. The property looks like the pictures. I stayed in room #8, which has a room above it. It was fine until one night the guest above came in late and went back and forth between their room and the parking lot several times. It woke me up and I was unable to go back to sleep. After notifying the front desk I was placed in another room for my last night, which was fine. The front desk attendant said she would also try and provide some type of credit for me, but I never heard or saw her again. It’s a good place to stay as long as you don’t get room #8.

What a great little hotel! We stayed in a king kitchenette for 2 nights. It was very cute, clean, and super comfy. There’s a cozy little brewery across the street, we snuck away to after a day with the teenagers. The lobby is perfectly decorated with the best host who gave me a quick tour of our room and threw in some history for the property. The bed was a giant bonus. It was really comfortable and had crisp, bright white bedding. 100% Will stay there again.

The property is charming. I felt like I was staying in a pueblo house. The layout was very similar to the museum I visited that was the oldest dwelling in Santa Fe. We were in a suite and it was similar. Very easy to walk to downtown and see all the sites and go to so many different restaurants. Also, I love tea and they have a very good selection of fine teas in the office/reception area. The only thing to keep in mind is that the bedroom and other rooms are small.

First night was nice with the room we had. We booked a second night and moved rooms since the one from the previous night was booked. Second room was ok but did not have a microwave. It would be better if all rooms had the same amenities.

We loved staying at Pueblo Bonito. We had a kitchenette, which gave us a separate sitting area from our bed and bath. The location is a comfortable walk into downtown or to Canyon Road, yet out of the action enough to be quiet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient.

This place is amazing! All of the staff are fantastic! LuQui, Sam, & Brenda are each warm, hospitable, friendly,& informative. They were super making recommendations & insuring we had what we needed. The location is right next to the historic district. Easy to get around & endless sites of wonder to experience! Thanks for an awesome experience!

We loved that this was a small hotel where they greet you when you arrive. Sam (I believe that was his name) was extremely friendly and helpful. He personally walked us to our room. He was a wealth of knowledge of where to visit and eat for our first trip to Santa Fe. Thanks for the great visit!!

It is a beautiful unique hotel where the staff are helpful and friendly, especially Brenda. The room is clean. The environment is quiet and pleasant. Yet, it will be great if the office hour for the reception will be longer, so we could ask question and enjoy the comfortable lobby a bit longer.

We will absolutely stay at Pueblo Bonito again! The fireplace in our room made our stay especially cozy, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The snacks and coffee in the office were especially nice, and we loved the Southwestern decor and feel.

Very nice property! Clean, easy parking and great location. They called me the day before to get my credit card info for incedentals but then had to take it again when we checked in. I thought it was a staff miscommunication but it Turned out they charged me for the room at the property when I had already paid thru Expedia. When I called the next day, the nice man told me they do this often so be aware.
Very nice property! Clean, easy parking and great location. They called me the day before to get my credit card info for incedentals but then had to take it again when we checked in. I thought it was a staff miscommunication but it Turned out they charged me for the room at the property when I had already paid thru Expedia. When I called the next day, the nice man told me they do this often so be aware.

Fantastic boutique hotel. Walkable to Railyard and Downtown Santa Fe. Hotel is very clean and comfortable with quality linens. The staff is amazing; personable, welcoming, shared recommendations and made sure our stay was going well. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Loved the feeling of individual bungalows type of accommodation. Even though they are listed as a bed and breakfast, they are not. They offer coffee, juice and pastries by the reception area but they don’t have a designated area to set up a proper breakfast as it should in a B/B facility. Distance from downtown is far for elderly visitors to walk. Bathroom was very small with no counter space. Room was large and clean. Overall it was a good short stay.

Very nice, clean, quiet, and comfortable room. Great location about a 10 minute walk to the Plaza and even closer to some good restaurants, coffee shops, etc. I’d love to stay here again next time I’m in Santa Fe.

We loved staying at Pueblo Bonito. We had a kitchenette, which gave us a separate sitting area from our bed and bath. The location is a comfortable walk into downtown or to Canyon Road, yet out of the action enough to be quiet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Nice stay in an Adobe, had everything one needs to stay comfortable. It does not offer breakfast despite being a B&B, but office opens at 8am and had biscotti, Kind Bars and fruit bars along with coffee & tea.

We received a summary of what to expect when we arrrived. It included a statement that there was breakfast from 8 to 10 every morning. So the first morning we showed up but were told that was wrong that was a mistake by Expedia. Were not really that disappointed because we had some excellent breakfasts elsewhere. But ‘tis matter certainly must be corrected.

While the room was clean and well kept, and the bed comfortable, it was very minimal. There was no vanity in the bathroom, just a bare metal sink. There was no chest of drawers to store clothing. Coffee facilities in the room were marginal, and coffee wasn't available in the office until 8 AM. On Expedia, Pueblo Bonito is advertised as a bed and breakfast, but it isn't.

The Hotel is situated within a great location. A short walk to Santa Fe plaza and short drive to Museums! The room and breakfast area is clean and cozy! But they charged $15 for using a fireplace in the room. That’s a ripoff for using a fireplace with 4 or 5 logs. Wish the breakfast selection is a bit more with varieties (adding some kind of eggs and wheat bread to the breakfast would be nice) Overall, we like this B&B a lot!

Loved my stay. The rooms are beautiful (clean modern w/ historical NM details), the staff super friendly, and the breakfast tamales are a nice touch!! Fireplace costs $15 to use but was well worth it.

This is such a great hotel. Everything we expected of something quaint in Santa Fe. Somehow I had missed, that the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, which we would have liked. However, they did have snacks in the lobby in the morning, and there was a fridge and table, so you could comfortably sit and have breakfast on your own in the room as well. So overall great hotel, Great location and great value for money.

We were pleasantly surprised at this charming stay at Pueblo Bonito and actually my hubby said he’d stay there again when we go back. I do wish it were more of a true B&B but its okay- forces you to take a short walk for coffee if you want some before 8 am😂The rooms were charming and if you needed mire water or towels or Anyhting for your stay , the staff is quite accommodating. thanks for the recommendation Hotels.com
