If you can afford more, do it. "Pool and Spa" was crossed off on the road sign because the pool and spa do not exist except for the mud filled holes (the pic attached is the pool) Exterior of the building was filthy and not maintained. Rooms are old and worn. Any repairs seemed to be patchwork at best. Breakfast was sparse and dining area was cramped. They appear to have thrown some money at carpet and paint in the lobby but it's just lipstick on a pig. In an emergency or on a stringent budget it IS a place to sleep.

Fantastic location, close to the Colorado River and Arches National Park. The rooms are clean and it's a quiet safe place. There is a walkway up the cliff where you can watch sunset. The hotel is a bit shabby. The pool and spa are closed. The breakfast was avery basic Continental breakfast - waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, cake doughnuts,yogurt and coffee. It's agood value if you just need clean, safe place to sleep.

The beds are so old, used, saggy and uncomfortable and pillows suck! Window screens are coming out of windows. The outside doors don't lock, and someone tried to open our room door in middle of the night. Hardware in bathroom sink was slipping out of it's place. No elevator. Old and outdated. Pay a little more and go to Comfort Inn or La Quinta... as they are not that much more $$$.

The price and it was reasonably clean within. However the pool and jacuzzi area is unkempt and not useable. Other surrounding properties had clean usable pools upon inspection. Patio was laden with weeds and old refuse from broken down equipment.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet (faced the hill not the road). If you like carbs then the breakfast is OK as almost all carbs. We were in Moab to see the parks and hike. We booked the hotel as it advertised a pool and hot tub. Both were inoperable. Pool had mold and looked like it had been inoperable for quite a while and the spa was empty. Bummer after a hard day hiking. Paid for services that were not available.

The staff was very friendly for check in. The rooms are decent, it’s not the most updated motel, but the a/c was on when I walked in so the room was cool! The pool and hot tub look like they were abandoned years ago. Kind of a bummer, but $60 for a bed, air conditioning, tv, and shower in this economy? I’ll take it.

I knew this was an inexpensive, no-frills property but this was incredibly dirty. Dirty showers/tubs, stained bedspreads, hair everywhere. Left immediately after checking in as it was really, honestly, gross. Front desk person was also not hospitable whatsoever.

The property boasts free wi-fi, breakfast included, outdoor pool & spa, best rates, & updated rooms. Yes, you have free wi-fi. You are better off not even trying to eat the free breakfast, & I have never drank worse coffee. The outdoor pool & spa were not in service & look like they haven't been for quite some time. The updated rooms were some new flooring, painted over mold on bathroom ceiling that was leaking thru & the paint on bathtub was peeling off. The best rates around; I wish we would have paid $10-$20 per night just to have a decent room. The bonus to all of this was the free cockroach in our room that management didn't seem too concerned with. We'll just have housekeeping spray.

We got to Moab very late. The front desk staff was very nice and because we had suitcases (no elevator) he put us on the 1st floor. Our room smelled of sulfur, there was a lot of mold in the bathroom (around the sink and mirror apparently due to a loose faucet). We were able to get can of disinfectant spray from the front desk and after spraying liberally around the bathroom and room (in general) the smell seemed to eventually disappear. The room was shabby and neither my friend nor I get comfortable sleeping with the comforter or blanket & used our own pillows. It was listed as having an outdoor pool and spa/hot-tub, but they were filthy, with plants growing in them, and of course not filled with water (unusable). I’ll try to attach the pictures. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Some very nice upgrades in the room, mirror, new flooring in bathroom. But shower enclosure peeling, and very rundown generally. Pluses: check in was very pleasant and easy. Room was easy to get to. Lots of parking, couple of good restaurants nearby. Beds were surprisingly comfortable.

Didn’t expect much from this place besides a good place to sleep but unfortunately their mattress was caved in on the middle so if you tried to sleep on the sides you’d end up rolling back to the middle. Made for a good laugh when my husband and I tried to sleep the first night but besides that was highly disappointed in this place. Dont expect much out of the breakfast either. We also had to lug our luggage up a flight of stairs. No coffee maker or microwave in the rooms. There is a communal microwave and coffee in the lobby. Luckily my husband and I can go with the flow but if we knew the quality of this stay we would have booked another spot. Also it says there’s a pool there but you cannot use it since there’s not water in it.

Run down motel which is in need of substantial maintenance. Breakfast just about acceptable and room was clean. Waterproof cover on mattress so if you’re a warm sleeper you are going to need the air con on cold. No microwave or coffee maker in room but these are available in lobby.

Great location and easy access. Nice and clean. We just heard everything out in the hallway and next rooms… unfortunately we were next to the ice machine so got woken up everytime some used it… I would stay here again. I’ll just try out the 2nd floor next time.

to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at this motel. From the moment I arrived, I encountered a highly unprofessional attitude from the receptionist, who was not only rude but made the check-in experience unpleasant. The condition of the hotel was equally disappointing, there were dirty floor mats throughout the property, including in my room, which reflected a serious lack of cleanliness and care. To make matters worse, the overall quality of the stay was far below expectations. Additionally, I was surprised to find that your breakfast lacked any source of protein such as eggs, which is a basic standard in most motels with breakfast. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope you take immediate action to improve your service and facilities.

The night shift desk guy raised his voice at me in a very unfriendly unnecessary tone when I simply didn’t hear what he said and I said “sorry what was that?”. Didn’t say anything about it but when going to my room for the first time I see my pillows without pillowcases on them just thrown in a pile on top of the middle of the bed. Very unsatisfied with the stay.

Great staff/front desk. Truly helpful. Best in town that way. Breakfast wasn\'t 5 star material, but better than expected. This was easily the least expensive place I stayed at Moab (I stayed at many different ones) but I stayed there only on my last day, If I had known, I\'d likely have booked another day or 2 here. Older building than some others, less luxury "looking" but good place to sleep/park and be near Arches, Canyonlands, and downtown eateries etc

Not bad for the price. Although an outdated hotel, the room was clean. Breakfast was ok. We never saw anyone at the main desk there was a note with a number to call if you have y needed assistance and box to drop the key in for check out.

When I got to the hotel, they had a sign up that said No breakfast being served Dec1-Feb 25. I told the man at the desk that one of the reasons I booked this room was free breakfast and he couldn't have cared less. He said it was put up on all the sites, which it was not when I booked my room. The sign on the outside of the hotel says "Breakfast Included;" it's on the sleeve that the room key card comes in. That put me in the position to have to find, and pay for breakfast for the 2 mornings I should have got it from the hotel. Plus, I paid for the breakfast I didn't get since it is built into the cost of the room. The walls are very thin and I could hear everything going on in the room next door. Every time they coughed or sneezed, and their TV blaring.

Nice location close to Arches National Park. Staff was welcoming in spite of late check in at night. Breakfast was limited and closed before 9am. Limited staff. Only 1 person in front desk had to do everything in terms of service for check-in, breakfast, etc.
